Gordy's Warming House

We had a quick stop for lunch and coffee here on our way from Voyageurs National Park to Minneapolis. A great little stop for lunch. Good food and fast and friendly service. Many choices for lunch and for treats. Parking was easy and convenient from the highway. It is the smaller of the two restaurant buildings on the property. I would stop here again.

Super friendly staff every time we stop in for soup and ice cream. The ice cream flavor rotation keeps the choices interesting. Outdoor play area for the littles is available to burn off the sugar rush.

I visited the warming house on a Friday morning. The service was quick and friendly. My favorite part about the warming house is that they allow dogs inside and have a small fenced in off leash dog area in the back. It’s not a massive space, but it’s plenty for a dog to stretch their legs and have a little running space. The drink I had, a soy chai, was great however I deducted a star because the food options seemed limited

Staff is very friendly and accommodating to diet restrictions. LOTS of Cedar Crest ice cream flavors to pick from. Soups, sandwiches, scones, bars, cookies, etc. A little high priced.

Always the best place to stop in Cloquet. Sandwiches and soup are very good, ice cream excellent. Really like the coffee cake. Service is very good. Overall, a consistent positive atmosphere and good food. A great place to sit for a while.

My favorite place in town. Love the food, drinks, and atmosphere! The workers are all super friendly and helpful. My fave coffee shop!

I enjoyed working from Gordy's Warming House for a few hours. I had the White Sands mocha... oMG, it was delicious! It wasn't a quiet coffee shop by any means, but I would return to meet friends. They also have food and ice cream, so you could hang out all day long. And it's just a short walk over to Gordy's to get yourself a tasty burger and fries. Highly recommend to locals and visitors to the area.

We were to Gordy's for the first time since it opened and it is good to be there and enjoy our favorite fish dinner.

This was such a nice place! There’s a kid park, a dog park, and outdoor seating. The ice cream is delicious and there are some gluten free options.

Staff was incredibly kind. Food was just okay. Certainly not bad but nothing special
