The establishment is ALWAYS clean. The menu for food, and coctails is simple and excellent. I watched a young guy that I'm assuming is head cook work with a lady on cooking for an extended period with great patience and skill. The bartender had a perfect count and drinks were great. Best of all that bartender was not over pouring and giving the bar away. The food came out in a timely manner. Staff was clean and professional. As a Bar Manager and CEO, this is my professional observation. Every time I've been there, the quality of service has been consistent. Warm welcoming environment and wonderful.

I took my adult son and my granddaughter for breakfast today. The atmosphere was great, service was great, what a cute restaurant, we were very excited to visit for the first time! The food was subpar at best, we ordered pop-overs they were served cold, my coffee tasted old and bitter, from the biscuits and gravy to the eggs, bacon, breakfast potatoes and sausage, it was hard to eat. My 5 year old granddaughter couldn't even eat the sausage. We left thinking it must have been the grease they cooked with ???? Unsure. It is a very cozy environment, we may give it another go for lunch or dinner just incase it was an off day!

Leader is definitely worth the drive out to Cambridge. The entire menu feels so Minnesotan, it's crazy. My friends and I made the trek for the former Willard's burger, which literally is perfect, and left satisfied. The menu may be different now but the food is still worth it. I'd recommend trying Leader if you're in the area or just love food adventures.

I’ve only ever had takeout from this restaurant, but every time I’ve had it, the food has been warm and delicious. I’ve tried a couple things on the menu, and all of them were very consistent that they were delish. The vibe in the restaurant is great and so cute

We recently discovered this fantastic restaurant. The food was delicious, service excellent, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. We had the beet salad and the chicken dinner plus popovers. Wish we lived closer!!!!

Amazing food and atmosphere! They serve organic coffee which is freshly roasted in St. Paul and is delicious. Try some of the favors in the coffee. Most if not all of the food is prepared and made in house all the way down to the ketchup. One thing that seems to be negatively mentioned in the other reviews is portion sizes. They have a separate menu for brunch and dinner all of which have a "chef experience" style. You should have that expectation going in. The brunch menu seems to have larger portions. The dinner menu is a fine dining experience and you should try a full course meal. They do recommend making reservations which is easy to do online. Willards is a breath of fresh air and much needed destination in the Cambridge area.

Clean, pleasant decor, friendly service. Food was very tasty. Servings were smaller, but pricier than restaurants in the area. However, I went there knowing that this is a higher quality place and I expected this. Only bringing it up because it's not for everyone. If you are looking for huge portions (of lower quality food), go elsewhere. All in all, a great experience. So nice to have a high end place in the area.

Chef's Tasting was absolutely amazing! 7 courses and I am pleasantly full. New experiences, different and creative flavors. I appreciate the chef's attention to flavor combinations, textures and use of acidity. I never thought I would love potatoes with lemon zest! I highly encourage attending a tasting if you are wanting something new and never tried before.

My wife and I ate breakfast here for the first time. I had the Reuben Benedict, the homemade pickled cabbage was awesome. We also enjoyed the hollandaise sauce

The service was terrible. Waited for almost 30 mins to even get our drinks. Our appetizers arrived as quick as our drinks. Food was subpar, apps were warm not hot, main courses were just so so. Our drinks were empty while I watched three servers and a bar back chat at the bar I finally approached the bar and asked for a round for our table. The service in this place will be the end of this restaurant. You cannot seat someone and expect them to wait almost 30min to get a drink. Mind you this isn’t a large venue and the help appears to be plenty, just not concerned with the customers needs.
