I have been loving Caribou at locations across the country for almost 20 years mainly because of consistency. I have never had a negative experience even close to this. If an error is made, it was always made right...until now. My order is 2x XL Espressos in one cup, simple. I was given and assured that 4 ounces IS 2x XL Espressos...I have 3 Caribou locations in my area and have always had consistency until this location. Was charged $12 for 4 ounces of espresso. This location is SCAMMING people!!!

We heard the same song five times while we waited for our coffee. " City Girl." Over and over. Finally got our crafted presses and they tasted like melted ice cream. They have this entire building and there is no sit down area. It's basically a make shift caribou where they don't know how to make drinks.
Disappointed to get such crabby service as I usually have great luck at Caribou! Barista with short pink hair and glasses was quite rude when I asked questions to clarify. Just a bummer for your business.
I love this Caribou location! The staff is always so friendly and have great recommendations. I get served quickly too, which is great when I'm on my way to work. Highly recommend this location for a friendly, quick coffee stop! I appreciate that staff always asks if I'm a perks member, because otherwise I'd often forget to say so. And that they will let me know if I have enough points to get a free drink. Again, something else I would forget to check if they hadn't said anything. Whoever is managing this location is doing a fantastic job with hiring and training! This location has been great in all aspects and I continue to say this is my favorite Caribou location in the area! Update: they have shaken espresso drinks at Caribou and they are so good! My favorite is the caramel one made with oatmilk. Again, always great service.
My order was made wrong, the staff was more than happy to fix my order. It was an easy mistake. The manager on shift was super helpful. All staff greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of.
I’ve never had a bad experience at caribou until today. I ordered a medium roast with a shot of caramel, creamer and 2 sweet and lows. I’ve gotten the same drink at least a 1,000 times. I told her that it tasted off… she looked at me like I’m crazy and that I was lying. She had it made again and I told her it tasted bad… that maybe something was wrong with the coffee and to try it. She gives me a small cup of just the coffee… I told her it was bitter… and she had the nerve to say “yeah coffee is bitter”. Like I know this but the coffee tasted gross. Didn’t even try to offer something else… I left upset with the gross coffee that I paid over $4 for plus tip and dumped it out. I would definitely have a talk with her via management. Was super rude. Short pink hair with glasses. I will not be coming back to this location.

She gave me a glass of water and told me that they don't give out large glasses of ice and that I didn't get charged for a glass of water.
