Very friendly and community-focused group of folks. Coffee is excellent.

The large room dedicated to seating and space for spreading out is a great place to play a game, study or visit.

We bring kids in tow and the staff are kind enough to say hello to them.

Not sure if they are charging enough(?)

I just got a breakfast sandwich with egg, sausage and gouda on an excellent ciabatta roll. It was simple, fresh and delicious.

It came with a coffee.

I paid 5 bucks for that. That seems low for what I got tbh. I just tipped more. Hopefully others do as well as their staff has been awesome.

Great little coffee shop. The staff person helping us was super friendly. We enjoyed our experience and we'll be back.

I never leave bad reviews of places but this one I had to. This has been my second time coming to mugshot. The first time it was ok it was a Saturday 9am and they were fast and the coffee was decent. However, today a total different story the place was busy which is fine we dont mind waiting but unfortunately the service was terrible.

I ordered an iced americano, white chocolate mocha and a cheescake berry waffle. We waited 20min and nothing was coming up for us. My husband stood in the bar waiting for our order and absolutely nothing. I came up to the bar to wait too and notice that the barista was clueless on what coffees she had ready and what was on the counter. I also notice a women come and very politely say her iced decaf coffee wasn't ready and a random women sitting on the bar using her laptop very rudely told her "It happens". First I was confused on why this random women was answering but then realize she was also an employee. The same women politely again asked for ketchup and once again this employee who very obviously wasnt working at the time replied super rudely "NO WE DONT HAVE THAT HERE".

Well after 25min I decided to ask where was my order turns out my coffee was just sitting there. I also notice a mocha sitting there too and ask if that was my order and barista said no that's a mocha. So I continued to wait to only to be told 7min later that it was in fact my coffee. At this point my toddler was over sitting so of course we had to rush out but the waffle wasn't ready yet. So I went up to counter to ask for a status of my waffle order and they literally hadnt even started my order so I asked if I could just get a refund. They were hesitant and told me it be a 2min wait. I said no I have to go and they proceed to offer a free waffle "technically not free" next time and I politely said no sorry not coming here again but I was baffled by how they wanted me to continue waiting and still offer a little voucher for a waffle for next time instead of offering a refund. No sorry!

Also the mocha was not a white chocolate mocha and both coffees were terrible. Not worth the wait at all!

Super dissapointing experience!

Mugshots is a great place to grab coffee, meet up with friends or study/work. Rarely will you find this much space for customers. There's a conference room for rent. When not rented it's a great spot to work/study/read. Outside of the room there are seats, tables, couches for conversations (loud interactions).

Staff is super friendly!

The only wish is for expanded parking.

Great environment to study and get work done. Wifi is very fast. Fantastic iced tea and kombucha. Baristas are always friendly too. If you are looking for food, I'd recommend the breakfast sandwich or the Pesto, Turkey, Swiss, Nordic Waffle.

Amazing place to get a delicious cup of coffee. My favorite part about this shop is that is it spacious and has so many tables to sit on. The service is quite fast normally although last time that I went it took about 10 minutes to deliver a machiato which is why I am rating it 4 starts instead of five. If you want to have a business meeting or simply work in a cozy environment this is the place to go. I have had two business meetings here already and I have been very happy going there. Very much recommended.

Mugshots is a great place to grab a drink and a snack and enjoy the day. I especially like their latter's and matchaaThey have good indoor seating all over, and even a couple spots outside to sit too!

This coffee shop (which could easily be mistaken for a defunct retirement home with how many pensioners stroll the rooms) is easily one of my favorite spots to study and work.

They have a great selection of tea and soda, and the service is friendly.

I've been going to Mugshots for a few years now ant it is my favorite local coffee shop. The staff is always friendly and willing to give suggestions. The food is also amazing! Try the apple cheddar turkey sandwich!
