Ten out of ten stars! The delicious maple cream cold brew and the toasted cheese paired with the turkey wild rice soup absolutely made my day! Service was great and the staff are super friendly!

I feel torn about this place and review… the place was bright and clean and the staff was perfectly fine and nice. However- I waited 15+ minutes for my americano which was surprising to me since it wasn’t terribly busy with people, maybe more of a “ system” problem, and the cinnamon roll I had was very hard and dry, assuming it was a little old and not fresh.
There is plenty of seating with bright windows which makes a nice ambiance. Parking can be tough with only 30 minute street parking. Worth checking out if your in the neighborhood or waiting to pick someone up at the airport very near by

I oddly feel a bit of ownership in this place. My daughter and I started by visiting one of their locations in Rochester which may no longer be at that location. I've also visited the one in Roch by Fresh Thyme. I wouldn't be wasting my typing with all that except to say that the fact I'm repeating my business means I like this place a lot. In part the aesthetic is so pleasing to the eye, pale greens and the natural style with plants (fiddleheads!), the craft drink offerings and food choices from pastries to meals that are made with what seem to be quality and inspired tastes and presentations. Two highlights are the house made focaccia bread, and here I must add that I would normally say I don't care for it, but this has the best texture, and the gf seeded crackers which are just simply good.
So, to continue the gushing a bit...Their soups have always been crave-able and sandwiches, too. I love their sober stout drink which I refer to as a coffee tonic - espresso with sparkling water. It's one of my preferred ways to drink coffee as I'm not really a latte fan (unless really well made with flavor and not just sugar and milk). We've done happy hour here as well and the overall small bites and plates are really just the right size.
A few notes, though. We ate an early dinner around 4:30 yesterday. Tables were left dirty with crumbs and debris from diners, the water had run out (although willing to fill our glasses, the staff removed the water jug at about 4:40pm). The place had a bit of a run-amok look to it at this time of day. By the time we left at approx. 4:45, the staff announced they were closing, wrapped the left over pastries and seemed to be in full closing mode. If pastries are made daily I am wondering what happens with those day old pastries? Are they sold for a discount the next day? Little side note, they offer a good side dish of fruit with honeydew which is one of my favs, but a hard one to get right in MN. Yesterday it wasn't ripe enough to eat unfortunately.
Parking at this location is a bit of an obstacle as it is a combo of hotels and residential with uninviting street parking that says 30 min max. FYI, I've still parked in these spots without incident.
This is a cafe that is high on my very short list of repeat establishments. I highly recommend if you want to feel good about what you are eating or drinking and appreciate the extra effort to create house made food and not sysco offerings. I may have been daydreaming about my crispy cheese and tomato soup I had yesterday on the way to work this morning....

Amazing coffee and amazing service! This is my new favorite coffee shop by far. The coffee is such high quality. Delicious. I think the gal who helped me was named Casey. She was so helpful and upbeat! I definitely will be coming back here. I miss places with this level of customer service! What a great team!

Who needs S*bucks with their microwaved food when you can get all the freshness and goodness at a locally owned place.
Also, it may seem odd to get a salad/greens for a side, but do it. It is tantalizingly awesome.
Love this spot.

Great cafe both for coffee and atmosphere.

The baristas were super friendly and accommodating. Great chill vibes in their cafe, staff had great personality.

Their espresso is wonderful, it's definitely a blend with personality. The flavor was earthy, nutty and had good depth. My partner got a cappuccino which was 5/5 on foam preparation and that was with a non-dairy oat milk so they were impressed. I got an oat milk latte which was great.

Cafe was relaxing and full of light and plants. Great spot to drop in for a coffee to go or settle in at a table.

I was very unimpressed with the Crowne Plaza breakfast options, so I walked here. So glad I did. The crew working was vibing, the pour over coffee was on point and the food was yuuuuum!!
