Clean store. Friendly employees.

Friendly service and great produce are the best reason to shop at Lueken's. There is almost never a line at checkout, and the personal service is stelar. Prices are higher than some discount markets, but the service and speed justify the premium.

This is a good local store with some unique products, but unfortunately as of these recent years has fallen short when compared to Lueken's North. The natural foods selection is less than it once was and some products are not stocked as well or have as good variety as they did before (for example Steaz.) Although it has a low alcohol percentage, they do have Grainbelt, which many beer enthusiasts enjoy. Some people prefer it for it's more relaxed environment but I would personally prefer to go to the other location.

I'm So frustrated that "WHOEVER" is in charge is constantly moving things around! It's absolutely makes shopping a hair-pulling frustrating maddening experience! I like the store & love the employees, I'm thrilled it's on this side of town. However I can't scream it load enough "Stop Moving Stuff!!!!" If you read this & experience the same PLEASE be vocal & ask Management to PUT IT BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS ORIGINALLY & LEAVE IT ALONE! The last thing I want to do when I'm tired & hungry is to spend time tracking down what I want! Feeling lost, irritated & crabby when I leave.

Luekens is a very nice grocery store. I like both locations but one is because it has a bank in it the other has so much more of the organic and specialty stuff that I'm looking for. The north end has a way better Gluten free selection. I also like that it has the bakery in it and the deli in it.

Really bad short manager super rude and condescending. But I love the store very very much.

This is my preferred store in Bemidji. I love being able to shop with a local company and I like the idea of being locally owned, but I'm docking a star because some things are getting into disrepair and it's looking more and more rundown. Also, every time I go into the store whole aisles seem to be rearranged, which is very frustrating when you have your groceries planned out by the grocery store's setup and they've moved it all around. It just doesn't have the same standards as when Joe Luekens was still in charge.

Always have what I want and need. The deli and produce are excellent! They are located across town from me but I would never hesitate or be unwilling to take that drive because of their great service.

A few friends and I have experienced harassment from their affiliates. A casual looking patron like myself seems to be eye candy for this establishment.

My favorite grocery stop in Bemidji. Lueken's always has a great stock of all kinds of groceries, and they carry the best bucket of ice cream: Cass Clay Fan Favorite Vanilla. Target, Teals, and other places don't have it. I love the layout of the store, it makes you feel comfortable and like you're going in the right direction. It's a great pit-stop for running to the bank, and the post office box outside, too.
