Service was amazing. They were more than happy to give recommendations since I'd never been. Muffins as a side? Oh boy, that's a nice change and quite a treat. Pretty sure the muffins were fresh made, and certainly tasted like it. The sandwich was astounding. Bagel was soft in the middle, and toasted on the outside, but not -hard-, just crispy and delightful.
And whole meal was less than $10.

I stopped in one morning to get espresso & a bagel sandwich. There were several people waiting at the counter, so after I placed my order, I strolled over to get my beverage. My name was called, and I walked the 10 -15' back to the counter. By the time I got there, my bagel had already been snatched by someone. The gal at the counter (in a nasty tone) said that I didn't order any food. I placed my receipt showing both items on the counter... and haven't been back since.

This place has some ridiculous policies about what they consider for one "coupon per visit" as they determined i couldn't use my coupon and pay separately from someone else simply because we carpooled there together. If a place is going to treat their customers in this way they certainly don't need my business and I am happy not giving it to them. Why even bother with coupons if you are going to be ridiculous about it?

Good food. They just need to be more in touch with people who have food allergies and specifically ask about Accommodation for said allergies.

Teach employees soft skills or some common courtesy. Some really come across rude. Makes me not want to come here.

Unbelievably delicious bagels and breakfast sandwiches! Fresh, warm, soft bagels with an assortment of rich flavors. Sweet, spicy, savory, you name it! Breakfast sandwiches are more than fair priced!

I pick up bagels here for my kids who absolutely love the cheddar herb ones. They call them "pizza bagels" because if you toast it and put butter on it has a hint of pizza flavor. The bagels are great for a snack, making a sandwich, with spinach dip or whatever else you like to use bagels for.
Tuesday and Sunday you get a dozen bagels at a discount. You can also download the app if you are a frequent flyer to get a free dozen or a deal on the sandwiches, muffins and coffee.
I do enjoy their specialty coffee and you can use your own thermos which I like.
There are too many muffin and bagel flavor options to list all here but have sweet, cheesy, and even pretzel option. I do like the jalepeno ones for a little kick to a sandwich.

This morning is my first morning here at Big Apple Bagels. There is a lot of traffic through here as I sit and wait for my Northern Omlet breakfast bagel. It smells delicious in here and there is definitely something about this little nook. Now that I've had a chance to taste my breakfast bagel, I know that I'm going to be back for breakfast and coffee again soon.

Some of the best bagels in Minnesota. Crunchy outside, and soft and chewy inside. They are generous with toppings on their sandwiches. Service is good 75% of the time, occasionally slow.
