Colby's Cafe & Brew

This place serves up breakfast: Breakfast Burrito, Pastries, Coffee, Espresso drinks, frozen sodas(like a shake), and Lunch: Paninis, Burgers, Fries, Soups/Chili all day long. My personal favorites are the breakfast burrito, reuben, chicken bacon panini, espresso and frozen Italian sodas. It is super cute in here and I highly recommend coming here for breakfast, lunch or dinner... Or even just a coffee, espresso, or Italian soda. Also, they have a drive thru if you're just looking to snag a drink! Great addition to the white lake area!

If you haven't tried the new Colby's Cafe, you're missing out! This is exactly the kind of breakfast place Whitehall has been needing! They are an oasis amongst expensive and tasteless fast food breakfast options along Colby Street. Their excellent quality food matches their warm costumer service. And if that weren't a good enough reason to dine here, their prices are very reasonable!

Stopped in to get coffee and was excited to see the number of gluten free options available! The gluten free bakery items are delicious! Especially the blondies. Beautiful interior with lots of space to enjoy coffee or lunch with a friend. A much needed addition to the White Lake area!!

Beautiful cafe! The staff was amazing and the food was good. I’m disappointed that they serve magnum coffee, but we will still eat there. They still deserve all their stars and a good review. We are grateful to have another local cafe option :)

For my first time here it was really good. Easy menu, great workers, and a great large cafe. Next time I want to buy a bakery goodie those looked amazing. There's only one thing that I would change. The music at the front counter is really loud and hard to hear the workers, if that was down just a little that would make this place even more better.

I am gluten sensitive and wanted to try this Coffee shop on its first day open. It was a wonderful experience. I had a gluten free coffee cake and their signature coffee. One of my sister's had their fruit cup which was very refreshing. All in all we had a great time and will go there often. I am also in a wheelchair right now and was able to move around without restrictions.

The food was good. The service was friendly, but with such a new establishment and layout (for us) it felt a little scattered. I had some issues with not knowing to ask for things at the counter, but on the second time I will know better. Everyone was hard at work and there was no one to check in with us if we had any issues. All of your drinks you order at the counter and you carry them to you seats, the food comes a la cart (I believe), and you have to request honey for tea. We will be back and we will know the ins and outs.

I like the idea here that everything is locally sourced, and there’s gluten-free options in town. However, I was greatly disappointed in paying $20 for overcooked eggs, burnt bacon, and soggy French toast. The iced coffee I had was good, but it comes way before your food does since you get your drink from one station, and your food from another. Might be worth trying again in the future as they continue this venture.

I’ve been here multiple times and the food is amazing! The last time I visited on 4/3/23 the lady took my order and I asked for a veggie wrap and revived a veggie bagel instead! It was still very good but make sure the order taker reads your order back to you.

Wow! I did not know this place existed until the day before writing this as it is kinda hidden. So clean and immaculate. Friendly service. Fantastic food and coffee. Blue print of the perfect cafe.
