I come to BIGGBY almost everyday or so this one specifically because it’s close to home and sometimes there’s a few workers and sometimes there’s a lot usually when there’s 5 to 6 workers there’s more talking and standing around . you can see it through The windows and there’s always a line up every time, like why does it take so long when you have that many people But certain baristas like 2 or 3 that I see they are excellent at getting you in an out of there . Doesn’t make sense .

Just came through for a coffee and a bagel and just had an amazing experience with the whole barista crew. Everyone was extremely friendly from the person taking our order to the barista at the window. The coffee was spot on and the bagel had just enough hardness to it to make it perfect. I highly recommend dropping through for a cup of brew.

I moved to white pigeon about a little over a year ago and last year they were on point with their drinks and sandwiches. The past 4 months has been a hit or miss on all their drinks! I order a extra shot and all I taste is sugar. Out of the last 20 drinks I've gotten they have probably gotten 5 correct. Today was the last straw and I'm done going to this bigby. I asked for an extra shot and they gave a shot of peppermint. These drinks are not cheap! I'm so frustrated with them cause how is so hard to make a coffee!? I've had no problem with the staff just their work ethic is so slow!!! Management needs to get this under control because I can only imagine how many other customers they have that are fed up with them making their drinks incorrectly.

Stopped by for coffee with my lunch today. Coffee was great - always is.
Couple of employees were apparently having a personal matter, one was leaving for the day and had the back door open. Could clearly hear them cussing and griping at another employee.
Eventually put my window up so I didn’t have to listen to them swear at top volume while I waited to be able to pull ahead.

Miss the old crew, this new one spends so much time talking to each other twice my order has been wrong. Coffee is still great but prefer getting what I order. More focus on work, gab on down time.

Starbucks and Dunkin have nothing on Biggby, my only complaint is that there are none where I live. They're fast friendly and their coffee really tastes better.
