They have a nice ambience. We ordered a Nutella crepe which tasted nice. Overall it’s good.

I have been to this place twice with my wife and my friends. Both the time, all the orders were bang on with the taste and presentation. Must go to place if you want to try some cool desserts, milkshakes, beverages etc.
They have a wide variety to choose from.

The star of the order was Ferrero Rocher Shake.

my experience at choco mania was very bad. they are very unsanitary and have terrible customer service. there have been occasions where me and my friends have found hair deep in the ice cream and when going back to resolve the issue we have been screamed at and argued with. it was very clear that it was their fault due to the worker not wearing a hair net and hair hanging out of her ponytail while scooping my ice cream.

my experience at choco mania cafe was very very bad. they were very unsanitary and did not wear hair nets. they were coughing a lot and did not bother to cover their mouths and it was all over my food and desert. i found hair in my ice cream and my friends and they would not give me something else unless i paid for another item. very rude and one young lady’s hair was all over the place out of her pony tail. never going there again

if I could give no stars I would. first my friend orders a small ice cream that come with 2 scoop, I order shortly after a small ice cream and a crème brûlée. She receives he ice cream as I wait for my order, as she was eating she discovers a hair submerged in her ice cream. She went back up to the counter, and as a solution offered her another ice cream, of course one that she wouldn’t want after finding a hair. She then asks for the biscoff dessert, which was a dollar more and instead of just trading her dessert, made her pay the difference! How are you going to have a costumer pay for another item after proving your health standards aren’t high. She pays for the dessert and then we leave after I receive my items. We arrive to my friends car where I open my icecream, third bite in there’s a long strand of hair submerged in my ice cream. I walk back inside the store, where not one employee is wearing hair nets and I go to the counter where I waited for an employee to help. The girl who had helped me prior came, along with a man that had jeans on that were way too tight, he accused me of putting the hair in the ice cream, I am 17 and have nothing to gain out of your business, me and my friends just wanted icecream. Secondly, it was along straight hair, i have curly hair which was eveident when i walked in the store. they then say all they can do is offer me another ice cream.Why would I want another after finding not one but 2 hairs in 2 separate bowls of icecream I had just purchased. I am so disappointed cause I truly loved this place. Terrible service and terrible health standards are set here. NEVER COME HERE!

Best place around. So many options and all items are so good in taste. Definitely got a few things left which I want to try in the coming weeks.

The dessert is good but not worth the price I don’t understand why I have to pay twice the price of other places when the quality of the product I receive is not that different.

One of the best places around! ChocoMania is really good for chocolate lovers like me. There are so many delicious desserts and variety, mexican tres leches, cream brulle, ice creams, mochis, baklavas, bubble teas, etc. The place is nice too, you will like this place!

The service was great, the atmosphere was great, nice seating, good options on the menu. We had the Qamar Al-din (Based on Apricots), rolled ice cream and crepes, everything was good. Strongly recommend trying some of the unique items on the menu in this place. They have a few TVs and some background music. I personally don't like to see a lot of TVs in a retail dessert/juice/bakery but did not bother much.
