Best spot in Petoskey, wonderful food and great service!

It was some of the best breakfast food I've had in quite some time. Having everything made in house is very impressive and is paying off in the taste.

Is it more expensive for breakfast there than most places in Petoskey? Well ya kid but can you cook this well? After a horrendous experience at another restaurant in town the day before, Sam's Graces restored my faith in bacon. I would gladly spend my last dollars on their eggs benedict and pancakes, with blueberries on the side. Very friendly and attentive servers which was highly appreciated after days of blank and/or mean looks while travelling up north. They are definitely worth the admission price, check them out!

After being on the wait list for a short time, the hostess didn’t realize we were standing right in earshot on 10/15/22 around lunchtime. Hostess called us and said to her co-worker “I hope they don’t answer.” Then when we were right there next to her, she rolled her eyes and scoffed at us. We decided to leave and not eat there. Had an amazing lunch at Sidedoor Salon instead!!

Big flavors in such a small place. The space is very intimate and you are practically sitting at your neighbors table, but the food is so good you don’t even notice the conversations going on around you. The menu is small, but they do it to perfection and all the little details are not missed. The humble Eggs Benedict is supremely elevated by adding a homemade English muffin bringing the simple dish to a level on par with fine dining. And the hash browns, often overlooked and covered in ketchup, were great and provided the perfect compliment to the Benedict. Stop in this tiny cafe and enjoy a great meal, you won’t be disappointed.

First time trying was today 4-3-22. Wow can’t believe we never went to it when they were in Harbor Springs. Local family owned, Tim and our wait staff were A1+++ Eggs Benedict was beyond good, English muffins and local sourced ham. Wife had the mushroom quiche and mimosa! Was awesome. Will be back for sure! Thank you!

The eggs Benedict were fantastic. I got the regular one and my husband got the whitefish one. He said it may be his favorite Benedict he ever had! Only negative was coffee wasn’t very warm when served and after asking for a refill we were never given any. Didn’t see the waitress again until after done eating to ask again so wasn’t able to get a refill.

Wanted to get some good breakfast after a race. This place did not disappoint! We sat at the little bar area where Chantel helped us. She was so friendly and very attentive despite it being pretty busy. We ordered the eggs Benedict (one of the best I’ve had), pancakes and granola. Will definitely be back when we visit Petoskey again!
