BIGGBY COFFEE

Friendly, wonderful staff. Biggbys is generously allowing Grand Valley Artists to display art, and I chose Parchment related photographs that I have taken. Thank you Biggbys and the staff at this Parchment Biggbys. I love Biggbys French Roast with half and half. Not fancy, but oh so good.

It's cashiers were super nice when we came into order our drinks. Letting me use there rest room when i asked for the key. All of there store is kept super clean and tidy. Would stop by again for some coffee.

Wonderful positive intuitive employees, and that's what makes everything for a business. The food is phenomenal and the atmosphere is clean and organized

They fire the people who actually show up but won’t fire the one who calls in once a week, and they fire people over personal family issues between coworkers families 👌🏽

Drive through and parking are poorly set up. Staff is friendly and quick.

Had to wait in line for 20 minutes for 3 cars before work. When I got to the register, the cashier asks with my card in hand if I want to leave a tip and I said “Sure, $1”. I get a charge on my phone for a tip that was $2 more than I had said. Starbucks bound from now on.

Close and convenient location. Lots of good choices served hot or cold. Love the special offers!!

Short on help like everywhere, but young man very polite & his co-worker surely & efficiently got order's together for all. People "be patient" worker's are short & "Bee Happy" the New & Old places are staying open. 😀

Today wasn't as good as normal. Everybody seemed to be in a bad mood like they didn't want to be there. One of the drinks was wrong but they corrected it when we brought it back in. Otherwise, normally it's an awesome place to go in! People are friendly and outgoing :-). And I'm glad they got the walk-in open again!

The line moved fast and the mocha was ok 👌. My one complaint (and this should be common knowledge or always communicated to employees) is that my drip coffee was flavored. At the very least please communicate that your serving not regular coffee but flavored coffee. Im not a fan and it tastes a little chemically/off imo.
