Sunrise Kava Cafe

I so wanted to give this place 5 stars. We were camping just down the road and stopped here for lunch. The sandwiches were really good! But my Italian had no dressing and it said it comes on the side but nope. Also I said no tomatoe because it's an allergy. Luckily I always check my food. You could see tomatoe was placed on there and the seeds and a few small pieces were left. This if I digested the tomatoe could've put me in the er. Also I had such high expectations for my Harry Potte' blended but it fell short on flavor compared to others I've had. The lady who took my order was very nice though and I would still come back and try something else.

Went at 1:30.all food ,and baked goods were in the back room. Chairs were put up so no one could sit down.
Batistas were not very happy any one was there. I guess they just wanted to go home.
8 people came and went after asking for something to eat?
Are you in business or not?
They close at 2:00, and for the next 4 months.
Will visit a friendlier place on our next visit to Oscoda.👎

Such a cozy and friendly atmosphere! Love their selection of coffee too

The perfect coffee spot. The pastries are outstanding as well as their specialty coffees. The food being cooked smelt great too. Looks like we're gonna have to sample our way through their menu.

I absolutely love this coffee shop. The girls who work here are always so happy and bubbly. The drinks are wonderful and the food is exceptional. The baked goods are the best in town. If you’re looking for good coffee, good food, and an amazing place, check out Sunrise Kava.

Always a treat to visit such a cool local business when I'm in town! Last time I was in Oscoda and I stopped by was a busy summer weekend. I was thrilled to see the line out the door of people supporting local. I was happy to wait my turn and totally impressed by the young ladies working with such great smiles and attitudes! Keep up the great work and I'll visit every time I'm in town!

Wonderful coffee, great service, and their specialties were varied and yummy. Ended up coming back to try more; the only suggestion I can make is to change the name of the Butter-Beer-themed latte to something else lol maybe "Hogwarts Acceptace Latte"?

Absolutely great though. It's especially nice to buy a cup then go walk the beach.

We love Sunrise Kava Cafe! Great coffee, yummy bubble teas and baked goods. The girls are always so sweet and welcoming. So happy we have this little gem in our town!

If you're visiting the area this is this pretty much the best place for coffee/ lattes. I removed a star for the non friendly service we received. Maybe the young lady who took our order through the walk up window was having a bad day. But I am docking a star for it. If you check this place out hopefully the service is better.
