Came here for a phone upgrade in order to play Pokemon Go. They sold a phone that fails to work with the app, and THEN let me know the policy on refunds/exchanges for upgrades (none, ever). I would NEVER have gotten this phone knowing it wouldn't work, and they refused to budge even an HOUR after purchase.
