I became Very sick in December, I stopped in this establishment , To get a replacement Meal & had the best experience 😊 The owner’s are the nicest people , And they go above and beyond . I am now doing there home program 👊🏽 But still stop several times a week, Good people with great energy 🤗

I’m so excited to have healthy options in Newaygo. Excellent guest service and delicious shakes you don’t have to feel guilty about.

Friendly staff/owners. Delicious tea and shake flavors. They also offer cardio drumming class right now for free on Monday and Thursday at 5:30. Sometimes that start time changes. The day will to if they cancel due to weather or something. So always double check. Belly dancing on Wednesday.

This place is amazing! They sell teas and protein shakes, they're a wonderful nutrition shop. I just got back from a combo bellydancing/k-kardio class and I feel exhilarated (it could also just be the caffeine but eh lmao). Thank you Theresa and Dee for a wonderful time!
