Hit the Road Joe

HTRJ never disappoints. Great food and excellent service. They become family and that is as important as the quality of the food and coffee. ALL of which is excellent. Many home grown elements to the dishes and always freshly prepared with a touch of traveller's flare. Absolutely delicious.

Unbelievable! I had to try the Gumbo, im still shell shocked it was so good. Just the right amount of the right kind of heat, too! I intend to be A regular! Not far from me in Croton.

Very quaint little country setting just tucked in.just off the .road lovely Family folks when we were there .they had little band . . coffee. pasteys specialty pizzas .cooked on a smoking grill . ummm sweet little place .

Adorable country café. Came for breakfast and sat in the covered outdoor seating area watching the rain as I sipped on a cup o' joe. The food and coffee were delicious and the service excellent.

We always look forward to going to hit the road Joe! The food is creative, unique ,freshly prepared, extremely tasty and the service is excellent. The decor is very homey, and I love the outdoor porch. There are flowers everywhere, ponies to watch and if you're lucky, you'll see a hummingbird.

We went for breakfast and my breakfast sandwich was awesome. My boyfriends however, was not. Very small compared to mine and it was totally dry. The ameretto flavored coffee was fantastic. The service was excellent. I still highly recommend this place.

My husband, sister, BIL, cousin and her husband were here on Wednesday for lunch. It’s my cousins favorite spot and I know why.
Such a comfortable feeling. Casual and friendly mixed with good food is a combo I love.
I also took home 6 fantastic chocolate chip cookies.

Always great coffee and relaxing atmosphere. Today I had the flavor of the day, Mint chocolate chip coffee. It was amazing. Make sure to bring cash or personal check because they don't accept cards.

Atmosphere was appealing but I was highly Disappointed by the breakfast... most all was premade and there are no vegan options except toast and a hash brown patty. I think the business would thrive with a made to order cook and maybe some pancakes or other options.
