BIGGBY COFFEE

Store was extremely busy and they seemed to concentrate more on the drive-thru customers than the ones inside. I waited FOREVER as I watched drink after drink going out the drive-thru window!

My latte and sandwich were FAB! However, the wait time was very long. There were 2 cars in front of me. I was in line for almost 30 minutes.

I love having a Biggby in my neighborhood. The store is clean and the staff is often pleasant (occasionally someone has an off day, but that is to be expected--we are all human after all). My complaint for this location is that the drive thru area can end up pretty congested with people coming from multiple angles and sometimes the customers can be jerks about who is next in line due to this congestion. I love stopping here for my caffeine fix before a morning shift at work, or before a long drive.

Love the coffee. The employees are so nice and they are very helpful. Got a chai tea latte sugar free and the cashier explained that they can't actually do sugar free because the chai isn't sugar free. But she suggested that I get skim milk and that if I like it to order it reduced calorie next time so they know exactly what I want. It was very delicious. New favorite drink.

Slow slow slow. All for a lukewarm black coffee made out of three old pots of different roasts. Terrible!

I just stopped at the store on Henry Street and asked for a fresh brewed iced tea and when I pulled away and took a drink it was coffee, I hate coffee, so I dumped it. I am very disappointed but the line was too long to go back through and their phone is out of order. There wasn’t anybody behind me when I ordered it so I’m not sure what happened. 🙄

Ordered a coffee and bagel sandwich. Coffee was good, but the bagel sandwich (I thought) needed a little salt and pepper. I looked around and found no salt and pepper shakers anywhere. I asked the young lady where they were and she replied, "We don't do salt and pepper here...".
Is this a little strange, or is it me?

Clean cafe with good coffee. Open a lot too. Google hours seem a little off, though.
