Grove Tea Lounge

Disappointing. I thought this would be a nice place to take my daughter and make it a monthly 'tea party' tradition. Unfortunately the staff was not friendly & charging $10 for a themed kids bag that had to cost less than $1 (Encanto) was shocking. And I've made and handed out hundreds of these type of treat bags. Very disappointing. Won't be returning. Hope they have more customers than they did since we were the only ones at that time.

While I’ve had boba tea from plenty of places this is my absolute favorite by far. I always get the same things because I know what I like. Today I got something that the baristas recommended and I can now keep that in rotation. 10/10 would recommend.

Grove is my favorite tea place to visit in the area. The food and teas are delicious, and the atmosphere feels warm and welcoming. I love meeting friends here, or simply going alone to enjoy a quiet tea on my own.

I felt very unwelcome upon entering this place. The two employees working talked about closing the place "right now" in front of us as we waited to order. (an hour before closing time) We ordered a large and regular hot chocolate. We received our drinks and got two regular sized. We brought it to one of the employees attention and they questioned if we even ordered a large. They checked and it showed we did. We were only offered a child size drink to make up for getting the wrong size. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service and the way it was handled was not great.

Coffee was cold and made poorly. I do not recommend grove tea lounge.

Finally tried a pop tart and just what I expected! DELICIOUS! Puts store bought ones to shame
