Great new cafe in Marquette: young and smiling faces in a modern but true to the UP and Trenary Bakery roots ambience. Lovely Lox is more than lovely, it is just delicious. The Trenary Rye bread is perfect for this refreshing Scandinavia signature dish. And don’t forget to ask for a Latte! Well done, a must go back!

Absolutely love this restaurant concept - if I lived in the UP I would come here all the time. Friendly service, delicious food with great options, ideal location. Can’t wait to come back.

Paid $34 for toast and coffee for 2 people. My French toast was a cinnamon roll that was warmed on the outside and cold in the center along with a few pieces of paper thin bacon. The other plate of lox was tiny. I left there feeling like I had been robbed, undressed, and taken advantage of

A great place for Northern Michigan kitsch that manages to avoid being cloying. An absolute must stop for a great breakfast and fantastic souvenirs! Staff is very friendly and you can really feel that there is a sense of pride in the cleanliness and hospitality!

I already love Trenary Toast so needless to say I was extremely excited about the opening of the Trenary Toast Cafe! The cinnamon rolls are absolutely incredible and the avocado toast is super tasty. I cannot wait to try the rest of the menu! Highly recommend.

Prices are average for downtown. The atmosphere is most comparable to a live, love, laugh wall sticker: the perfect blend of mellow blandness that's also completely un-insulting. Just like the coffee, which is also bland but un-insulting. It's very cool that it's a local business but being inside feels like visiting your Mormon cousins' house...only with less character. The employees were nice.

I was really fortunate they opened on the day I happened to be there. What a wonderful place!! I got several options on the menu including the toast. Which is wonderful and the perfect dunking pastry to my coffee. If ever I find myself back in Marquette I will be visiting again!

Delicious! Liam and the other workers were happy and funny, great environment. The french toast was a little small but some of the best french toast I've ever had! The avocodo toast is ok, wouldn't recommend.

Delicious for lunch, snack, and coffee. I had the grilled Cheddar, Gouda, bacon, tomato with aioli. Thick, savory, crispy slices of bacon complimented by rich, melted cheeses with the fresh pop of tomato and finished with a comforting latte.
