Java Bay

Nice little place. Coffee was great. Veggies were fresh. My meal was prepared well. Would recommend and might have to stop back by on our way out of town.

Java Bay is incredible! The farmer omelette was the best omelette I’ve ever had! My husband loved the hash and eggs. Everything was so fresh and good! The owner was above and beyond kind. We asked a question about hiking, and she wrote a list recommending a great hiking spot (Sugarloaf Mountain) and a few breweries to try. So happy that we stopped at Java Bay! It was a great start to a wonderful day in Marquette.

We waited 45 minutes for 2 burritos....when they finally arrived...they were barely luke warm...and not crispy at all....I mentioned this to the staff and was told there was nothing they could do about it.

If you haven't had a breakfast burrito or hashtag from here, get one ASAP!!!

Showed up with 4 adults and 1 kid, and was refused service because they would have had to pull a 5th chair to a 6 person table with only 4 chairs. The server was rude and made sure he smiled when he said but have a good meal somewhere else

Eggcellant breakfasts and vibe. Some amazing omelets. Everything is so good. I really shouldn’t write a good review since then you all will go.

I came here after reading the great reviews and was not disappointed. Their fresh corned beef hash was incredible. I'll definitely be back when I'm in town next.

Corned beef hash is always an 11/10. Friendly staff and the food is always hot when picked up togo!

Cute breakfast nook! Fresh food and veggies, known by their breakfast burritos. We traveled from IA and so glad we stumbled upon this friendly and tasty place! Close to NMU.
