Grabbed a caramel latte from here this morning and it was quick and delicious. Usually don't like my coffees too bitter and they made it perfectly. All the staff were warm and welcoming. Will come here again

We were in Marquette for a Northern Michigan University visit and went to Contrast Coffee. I got my standard Latte and my nice got the Dirty Snowball. In addition to the coffee drinks, which were DELICIOUS!, we ordered some breakfast for the road. We got a panini breakfast sandwich and the strawberry fields crepe....again, both delicious. But it took soooooo long to get our food orders. We were heading to pictured rocks and only had 15 min for a quick stop at the coffee shop. 35min later, we ran out and rushed to our pre-paid boat trip and were literally the last ones getting on the boat. If we had walked in and there was a line I would have understood, but we walked in and immediately placed our orders. The woman taking our orders was less than friendly, everybody working there appeared moody. The woman making the food, had ZERO sense of urgency and worked in the least efficient way.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I ordered a mango smoothie (which lists no other ingredients on the menu) and received a receipt saying whole milk had been selected for the drink. I am lactose intolerant and asked if I could get one with a different milk since I was never asked/ told there was milk in it. I was told I'd have to pay for an entirely new drink and the girl refused to even apologize. Thanks for nothing.

Such a great addition to third street. Loved the art as well as the vibrant and luminous inside the cafe. The coffee was smooth and delicious. The crepes how ever are pretty lack luster. For $7 I received probably $1 (if that) worth of ingredients. I get you need to make a profit but you left me hungry and dissatisfied for your profit margin. Customer service was pretty on point.

Gone there in previous years when visiting the UP. The place is very much what you think of when you picture a modern coffee shop, but they have quite a bit more options than you would normally expect. The addition of crepes to the menu of "normal" coffee shop food is quite the treat.

Love this spot. Calm, moody, UP rainy day vibes. If you are looking to take a break from exploring nature’s treasures, this place is it.

Walking into this zen garden of peace I cannot explain the immediate impact it has had on my destiny. I entered in as a simple costumer and left having fallen in love, engaged to another customer. The staff were kind enough to officiate our wedding on the spot and then gave us the student discount for our coffee. The second time I visited Contrast, they gifted me the secret to eternal life. It was hidden in one of their crepes and well worth the price, the crepe was also delicious. All in all I must say that this coffee shop raises the bar for what a shop can become. Love is born there and all my fears died there I am a new man. Thank you Contrast Coffee Marquette! For all of the selfless gifts that you have given us!

Hands down the best coffee. Maple Black Pepper latte was stellar. Honey lavender the list goes on. Food options are available. Personally have not indulged, but presentation says a lot.

Great little place! Cool vibes and delicious coffee. Quality of products and service is great. There aren't a ton of coffee options, so if you like sugary drinks, this isn't for you. There is also kombucha on tap, pastries, and sweet and savory crepes. If you have any dietary restrictions, you can always find something here!
