Food is fab, one of the best breakfast places in town!

I am not even sure Cafe Bodega deserves one star, other than that it is a pleasant atmosphere with pretty decor. This morning we were told there would be a 45 minute wait. The wait was actually a full hour. When we were finally seated and ordered, it was an additional 45 minute wait for food. The food was mediocre at best. My husband ordered a "medium" burger. It arrived well-done and bland. My daughter ordered a "medium rare" burger, and it arrived "medium." Taste was just "okay." I ordered "over easy" eggs, and they arrived "over hard." Sausage was also part of my entree choice, and it was dry with undesirable flavor. Additionally, my Italian toast ("Handmade" bread is highlighted on menu.) was stale. Do not waste your time or money.

Fresh homemade food, and great people. The omelette and breakfast quesadilla were both excellent. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Marquette!

Simply outstanding - the best food, atmosphere, and staff we have had while we've been in the UP. Each dish shows such care, and the ingredients are top notch in every way. Usually when I order a meal, I'll concentrate on the main item and don't pay a ton of attention to the sides. In this case, the sides were so we'll executed that they deserved just as much praise as everything else on the plate. Great job BODEGA! We love your restaurant!

Great food love the atmosphere. Breakfast on the menu all day is my kind of restaurant. At least one meal here before I leave Marquette every time I visit. You can even find Marquette merch here- love my Marquette hoodie and Bodega beanie.

Such a cute, homey, local restaurant with an extensive menu that accommodates all dietary needs! I got the enchiladas potosina made vegan (by removing the cheese) and it was amazing! The artwork and gift shop was a nice touch to the already cozy atmosphere. Our server was awesome and answered all of our questions and helped navigate the menu to accommodate my and my parties’ dietary restrictions. Everything was so fresh and very filling!
