I am Ravyn

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and beautiful decor. My chai tea latte is always perfect. And when you make a purchase it goes to a good charity.

Beautifully designed, cozy place to visit or hang out with a friend. Scrumptious teas and drinks. Amazing staff and cause. A little off the main street (Ludington Ave) on corner of James and Loomis, watch for signs that will guide you there.

Logan is exceptionally welcoming and everything we had (tea steamer, cafe au lait, lavender cookies) was perfect. The street is torn up and the location is around the corner from Blu Moon — we almost missed it. That would have been a shame. Quite a little gem.

I've gone there twice in two days. Such a fun atmosphere and authentic teas. But you have to appreciate tea.

This is such a unique shop. They sell some interesting products. I have tried several teas and loved them all, some more than others. The options are many. This is a nice place to relax.

This time, I came with my sister in law. Had the best time sampling teas by smelling their bouquet before deciding on a pot of chai, which we shared. Her lemon bread was delicious - not too heavy, with a wonderful lemony overtone. (I already knew my flower-shaped shortbread would be very tasty - and now that I've enjoyed it several times, I might try the baklava next ;)

The service was friendly and unobtrusive (as usual), and the space itself never fails to enchant me. All for a worthy cause, too. I did get lost one Winter afternoon in a book that follows a trafficked girl's life - had a cozy sofa all to myself... But their menu items can be take-out just as easily.

Humanitea is my go-to in Ludington for a nice a.m. or afternoon cuppa, alone or with others. (Did I mention it's a great place to meet up with a friend for a good long chat?! Just make sure it isn't a Monday, as that's their weekly rest day.) Not sure whether I should broadcast how wonderful I think they are, so they get more business despite their easy-to-miss location - or keep it to myself, to enjoy Humanitea's unrivaled tranquility?

P.S. They have pretty and unusual gift/ decor items on display, too which are for sale.

Super delicious iced coconut chai latte with matcha powder. Decent lemon poppyseed muffin, could be a bit more moist though. Cool atmosphere. Nice, little nook in the city. It's the new hangout.

This place is fantastic. Great tea and friendly staff. We've liked everything we've had from them!

Nice little quiet place to sit and talk or do work. Tea and staff is excellent, and I love the places efforts toward human trafficking. It’s too bad I don’t live closer to this place. I would go there regularly, but I will always visit when I’m in town.

Wonderful teas, phenomenal chai. The mint matcha is a winner, too. If you like tea, this is your stop. If you really like what they make you, they have the bags of local, humanely sourced loose leaf tea for purchase.
