New favorite place for easy bites, breakfast or lunch. Delicious bagel creations, kind staff, solid coffee. They also do a punchcard!

Update: another month and six punchcard holes in, still my favorite casual breakfast spot in Kalamazoo.

Good deal for a breakfast bagel and coffee. Begal was soft but not too chewy. Eggs and sausage was on par with Burger King. Got the plain decaffeinated coffee but there was a very extensive selection of other brews available.

I love this place. It's one of those places I go every time I'm in Kalamazoo. The cinnamon crunch bagel and the Havarti dill bagel are my two favourites right now. Good hot chocolate as well.

Great little shop for bagels. They have a wide variety, and are typically well stocked on all of their bagels. My wife is from New York, and she says these are the closest bagels to the ones she can get from home.

The best tomato basil bagels! Kind and wonderful people work here and serve amazing food. I will be returning to enjoy more.

Best bagels in town! Sun dried tomato cream cheese is always my go-to. Super nice people n I'm so glad that they are open!

The Works is Back! Very close to the original...still needs more onion but edible now under the New ownership. Sandwich combos and salad choices of good variety. Jamaica Blue Mountain coffee available frequearly.

Bagels are good, sandwich was a huge letdown! The bacon egg & cheese sandwich was $5.50, and very measly. The egg barely covered half the sandwich & cheese was barely there :/
