BIGGBY COFFEE

I’m not going to give a bad star review, the service here is great as always. but this morning when I ordered my latte and bagel with cream cheese, I was handed a bagel wrapped in aluminum foil and cream cheese on the side. And completely threw my morning off. I come here all the time and every other location plus the cream cheese on the bagel.

The people that work here are always so pleasant and kind. My drink order is always correct.

I've only used the drive through and had coffee, but service is always fast and friendly, and the coffee is excellent!

Jonesville Michigan Biggby is clean and the staff are always pleasant and professional. My only complaint is they are very SLOW getting orders out.

First off the food is GREAT! But the service is scary. The cooks need some cross contamination training. None of the cooks wore gloves. Handled raw bacon, then biscuits, then cooked bacon but then the fellow in the red shirt was actually eating bacon from time to time and then handling food again. Boo on management for allowing such.

I have always loved my experiences at this location of Biggby. The staff is friendly, quick, polite and professional. My daughter (4 y/o) has always wanted to go inside instead of the drive through. We did today. She wanted ice cream (at 10:30am), but the Milkster Nitrogen Creamery isn't 'in motion'. The young ladies were so patient and accommodating to my daughter's young "wants". They gave her a few options to choose from and just removed some of the caffeine ingredients. She was SO excited to leave with her new favorite "blue slushy" drink from Biggby. The ladies made sure to tell me what the drink was so I could order it again in the future. Please make a new FB page, btw!

WILL ABSOLUTLEY NEVER BE BACK TO THIS BIG B LOCATION.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AND WHEN I WENT FURTHER TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE MANAGERS THEY BASICALLY SAID HAVE A GOOD DAY.

TAKE THE EXTRA 5 MINUTES AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

Seems like a small thing, but speedy, friendly customer service still makes the visit.
Coffee was fresh, prices were Biggby standard.
