This is my favorite place to study or catch up with friends when I visit my hometown. The atmosphere is warm and airy.
On my most recent visit, the router took 40 minutes to give me WiFi access and this is the reason I docked the star rating by 1... Please update your router/internet access! I appreciate cost-effectiveness, but 40 minutes is a truly excessive amount of time. Other patrons experienced the same issues this day.
The coffee is great, the staff is friendly, and the hometown locality makes the experience even better than a nationwide franchise coffee run. I would highly recommend this place for the coffee and atmosphere over other available options.

Wow !did not know about the comphy couches and tables set up stairs. Cute place. The hot chocolate was very rich and just the way I liked it. I thought they would only have coffee but they offer alot more. Coffees, teas, hot chocolates small snacks. Fine vintage art decor sprinkled all throughout the whole place. It was a lovely experience. They have live performances, too wasn't sure of when or how often but do recall seeing a sign about it. Anyways perfect place to sit and just catch up with someone and chat, or they offer a conference room for more important conversation.

I've only been to this location once. My cafe ole was made with skim milk because they were out of 2% and I wasn't warned. Plus the medium roast wasn't to my liking. Yuch. After adding sugar and half an half I was able to drink it. I've had great coffee at the East Michigan drive thru location.

Nice atmosphere and they roast their own beans so I had good expectations. Ordered a salted caramel and was very disappointed. Very bland, and lacked any espresso bite. Tasted like frothed milk and salt.
Hotel or gas station fare at best.

The coffee was great and so was the atmosphere. Their pastry selections are 10 out of 10. My favorite drink is the frozen hot chocolate and my favorite pastry is a big chocolate muffin. Their downtown location

Love this place. Great coffee and I love the punch cards. Nothing like a free treat every so often. The batistas are so friendly and always ask how you're doing and make very friendly conversation. The downtown location is awesome with live music on fridays. I would give 5 stars but the only negative is alot of the special coffee flavors are advertised around the shop and not on the menu so its easy to miss some of their new yummy flavors unless you look all around the place first. Same with the drive thru only location on airport. The special flavors they have out are posted on the building past the speaker where you order so its hard to notice them till you pull up. Besides that this coffee shop is my favorite! Best in Jackson!!!!!👍👍

This is by far the best coffee shop in Jackson. The store itself is amazing, because they roast their own beans when you merely walk by you can smell the fresh coffee. When you walk in you can watch the beans get roasted right in the main room. The prices are better then Starbucks and much better then Biggby's.

We visited on a Friday night.
Great coffee and other drinks.
Bought some whole bean Nicaraguan. Very good.
Had a musician upstairs playing with comfortable group seating.

The espresso and coffee are decent. I prefer the brewed coffee over any other option in town. The staff is extremely friendly and personal - they might be the best part about Jackson Coffee Company.
The atmosphere is laid back and relaxed - similar to uptown in Howell.
Internet in coffee shops is a necessity these days. I would give Jackson Coffee 5 stars but their internet is awful. Not only is the speed slow, there is a major issue with what appears to be the router. After it has connected to a certain amount of devices, it no longer allows new devices to connect without being unplugged and plugged back in.

Always stop here when we go to or through Jackson - great seasonal drinks, super creative and can be hot or cold. Their live music nights are cool and support local artists
