Rough Draft

Rough Draft has everything--delicious drinks, amiable employees, a soothing atmosphere, and even a game shelf. I love coming here for meetings, to hang out with friends, or just to relax and enjoy one of the best cups of hot chocolate I've ever had.

We love Rough Draft! It's a favorite hang out place for our family, and we often see people we know. Their hot chocolate is unparalleled. Like drinking your dessert. 😁

As a yearly visitor to Hillsdale, this coffee shop is a stop I enjoy coming to for the cozy atmosphere. This time I was disappointed in the coffee, as I watched the barista pour the shots before ever steaming the milk. Wound up with a few bitter lattes, as the shots died. Not sure if it was this particular barista and lack of training, but as a former barista- this is information for proper coffee/latte making, and something they should be trained on.

Price great. Great coffee! They knew what they were doing and made a delicious latte and macchiato!

The coffee is OK, but be aware that the are not following any of the COVID-19 public health requirements. Nobody, including staff, was wearing a mask on my visit, and I did not see any masks in sight. There were also no signs indicating that someone should wear a mask.

Amazing atmosphere and delicious coffee + baked goods. Absolutely would go back for cocktails if I lived in the area.

Coffee, desserts, beer, wine, delicacies, cheese platter - very nice. Amazing spot to study and to meet scholarly friends. Better than the Great Library of Alexandria. Epic.

A cozy and contemporary place, their coffee is great, and their beer and wine as well as their cocktails are very good! The staff is always friendly, and knowledgeable of what they're doing.
