Biggby Coffee of Dowagiac

I'm so happy to finally have a coffee shop in town! The owners are great and the baristas are so friendly. I've been there three times already and each time my drinks were absolutely fantastic and exactly what I ordered. They've been busy since they JUST had their grand opening but the coffee is so worth the wait! Definitely a 10/10. Great job Biggby!

Great owners, service and the nicest staff. Only day 2 of being open and they are doing great and very lucky to have them in our community. Stop in grab and bragel and a drink. Not sure what these negative reviews are about. I guess you can’t make everyone happy! Fantastic job crew!

I was greeted at walk up window. Wasn’t sure what I wanted and they gave me plenty of options tailored to what I like.

Service was very quick, considering the line they had all the way down the street. my drink was wonderful and great coffee flavor.

Waited in line for an hour (which isn’t biggsbys fault) but when I grabbed my order, I asked for a freeze that had whipped cream on it, and when I received it, it had no whip cream. I kindly asked for some and the worker (who was overweight) was very rude and said “you should’ve asked for it” but on the menu the drink had whip cream on it. She then shut the door aggressively and didn’t look back. So I drove off

It is awesome to finally have a coffee shop that is convenient and accessible in Dowagiac. This is only their 3rd day open and they are doing a spectacular job!! All of you that have given bad reviews need to remember they are just starting out. They even warned the consumer that it was going to be long waits, so please be patient. They are here for our community!!

Will not be spending my money or time at this location, 45 minutes just in line, and then we order ans we are waiting 20 more minutes just for our coffees to be nasty and water down. Workers taking orders from walk ups instead of customers in the drive thru. We sat there and people at the window were getting served before us. Ordered two drinks and when I took a sip of it I wanted to spit it out. I rather just drive 30 minutes to another location and get drinks they are way better. Also got blocked on f page, in my opinion I would want feedback but instead you ignore us customers.

Good food and service. Very nice staff. Prices are way better than Starbucks, and you don't get a stuck up, better than you attitude from the staff. Like it very much so far.

For only being open 3 days, my hats off to all the baristas. All are so nice and work very hard. Had great service, not to mention a fabulous cold brew coffee with triple sweet foam!! #It's soooo yummy.

Very friendly staff that is being trained to be the best. Great service at a new location. Will you have a wait for a product made to order, absolutely. Nobody forces you to sit in a line thats at the road for a fresh product. Just unbelievable how people treat others that are learning a new job. Have some respect for eachother and treat people that are kind to you the same. Great job biggby.

It was bragel Friday, over 1/2 wait, ordered bacon, cheese, egg and got sausage,cheese, egg. One had two tops on one and second one had two bottoms. The food was hot and the drinks were good.
