BIGGBY COFFEE

Ok, I'm visiting family in the area. I try not to be mean, but I got to the speaker and said, "I want a 20oz iced cinnamon tea latte."
She said, "Iced, frozen, or hot?"
"Um, iced (like I said already)"
"What size?"
"20oz (like I already said)."
Got to the window:
"Did you want that made with milk?"
"Um, yeah (like what the word 'latte' means).
They then remade my drink with milk. But apparently there isn't a recipe? Because when I got it, it didn't taste good because there was no sweetness to it (and my guess is they didn't let it steep long enough because they had to remake it at the window.) When I told my family about my experience, they said, "yeah, we don't go there." So my experience was apparently not unusual.
So I'd say, go to McDonald's. It will be cheaper. 🙄

My husband and I both got a sangria iced tea and it was perfectly made! Quick service, a clean shop, and a great tasting drink. You can't ask for much better!

Service was kinda slow. Great quality of food and beverage. There was some lady, who i could only assume was an employee off the clock standing in the area where u pick up your drink talking to all the employees. I think that was slowing down production

Waited 35 minutes in the drive through with only 6 cars in front of us. No apology for the wait. Never again will I go. If you're willing to wait forever, by all means choose this Biggby.

Big BIGGBY fan from the GR area. Came here on our way home and not only is our order completely wrong but we were asked for a tip. Not sure if they were just slammed or if this is how this location operates. Really making me miss my GR BIGGBYs.

Great food and coffee but the service is so slow. I understand everything is made to order but there has to be something they can do to speed things up. Especially for the prices they charge.

It's so so... The coffee is very,very strong can't even taste another flavor just ☕

Compassionate people work at Biggby's. In November I went through the drive-thru just after having my beloved 16 year old cat put to sleep. I was grieving. When the young woman who took my order at the window asked about the cat in the crate, I blurted out that i was bringing her home to bury her. When i tried to pay for my coffee, she said I owed nothing. She had bought my coffee for me.

Fast 'good' coffee, friendly staff, and very prompt service. Location isnt the most wonderful, but you quickly forget that while inside with their cozy atmosphere.

On our way thru town, stopped for some iced coffee. Staff was nice, bathroom was clean. They have a pretty big sitting area. Coffee delicious!
