Amazing lattes and teas! (10x better than Starbucks) The biscuit breakfast sandwich is my favorite & I haven’t tried all the desserts yet but I do know the tiramisu is to die for!

Coffee and food are good but everytime I've gone Ive always had to wait 10-15 minutes even when I'm the only customer in line. I dont recommend coming here if you're in a hurry or on your way to work.

I was excited to try this place but it definitely missed the mark. I ordered 2 creme caramel and they were absolutely horrible.. the service was super SLOW and I didn't taste any vanilla or Caramel flavors in my drink.😔 Absolutely no sweet.
I'm pretty disappointed that I wasted $14 on warm oat milk.

((EDITED REVIEW: raised from 1 star to 4 stars after owner noticed and responded since I couldn't otherwise contact them. Hopefully the cup issues get sorted out as there are always greats choices and everything is really tasty, service is always greats ans fast, and eberything is super clean. 5 stars when the lids/cups are resolved!))

Love Sweetwater so much that I drive out of my way to get it/get it when out that way. However, the cup/lid has changed and has made a huge mess and damage!

The lid has popped off my (large, hot) cup 2 times today, and there is latte mess was everywhere! And despite cleaning up the cup and lid, it is also leaking to try to drink from it. The LID IS WAY TOO LOOSE!

I tried to call multiple times to let them know so they can address it, or at least provide a warning, and no answer and a full voicemail. I don't know how to connect with them short of driving back. I'm not sure if this is a franchise issue or all Sweetwater locations issue.

This needs to be fixed, but miminimally, posting here, maybe this ALERT PEOPLE TO BRING THEIR OWN CUP and transfer their beverage saving a massive amount of damage, clean up time, and wasted product.

Waited 15 minutes for a latte and a pup cup. There was no other customers behind me and only a couple ahead. Even after the two ahead of me had gotten their drinks, I still had to wait 10 minutes for mine. It wasn’t busy. I’m a barista and I know it does not take 15 minutes to make a latte. The pup cup costs $1, but is literally just a cup of ice with a dollop of whip cream. What a waste of money and time.

Had a wonderful experience at Sweetwaters this morning. This was my first time visiting a Sweetwaters also. The barista was very knowledgeable and my mocha was delicious.

I haven't had anything there except coffee but it's very good. The staff is friendly and efficient and it's very nice and spacious on the inside with good Wi-Fi. Some of their fancier drinks are a little pricey.

Really good drinks. I'm always happy to have meetings there.

I love sweetwaters coffee. The staff are great. While I can get Almond milk for my coffee, I would love vegan bakery options. If any are vegan I have not seen them labeled as such. This seems behind the times to me.

I get my coffee from this place every morning. The staff is great and the Dreamy Cold Brews with Lavender are unmatched. Bella gets me to try all the new flavors and they never disappoint. Love it here!
