BIGGBY COFFEE

Today my girlfriend and I went thru the drive thru and let me tell you it took at least 10 mins before they took our order. Then another 20 minutes sitting in the drive thru with only one car ahead of us. Finally we arrived to the window, recieved our drinks and pulled off. Turns out my girlfriends drink was totally bland. No flavoring of any kind at all. They barely put any ice so it was mainly warm. Just very disappointing, I had to give her mine she was so upset.

I've been to this location a few times now; I've ordered through the drive-thru, inside and through DoorDash. My orders have always been neatly packaged, correct and tasty. When I've gone in person the staff has always been really nice and helpful, even the first time when I went inside and had no clue what I was ordering :) They have a sign outside to be patient because they are short-staffed and training but I didn't have to wait any longer than any other time. Be nice to them!

The drinks here are delicious and reasonably priced! Staff here is very friendly. The wait was not long at all as well! Inside it is very clean too.

This particular BIGGBY is sub par at best! I was at their drive up window on Sunday at 4:35 pm on November 28th! I waited for someone to acknowledge that I was there and all they said was hi. When I asked if I could place an order I was told they were closed. When I replied that their hours said that they were open until 5:00 pm I was told well everything is already cleaned up! I was not very happy about that and when I said I was going to call corporate I was told to go ahead! I fully plan on doing exactly that!

The staff here is very friendly. They move swiftly but efficiently, so I'm only in for a few minutes and don't ever feel like my time is being wasted. My order is never wrong. I go often say maybe 2-3 times a month and the Ladies there remember my drink order!

They do their jobs well, and make me happy before I leave. I'd say that's worth a raise!

The building is also kept clean and tidy.

Always quick service and nice staff

Good coffee company, but this location apparently closes at 5pm. In itself is annoying, but something to work around...but apparently they "close" pretty close to 5 too, so be sure to get there 15 minutes early, just like the airport.

It takes less than 5 minutes to make a coffee, there should have been no reason I was denied if I arrived before closing.

The worst biggby in michigan. There was noone in there and or in the drive thru and it took them 15 minutes to take our order. When they did it was taken rudely and incorrect. When we told them about it they got very deffensive and actually would not give me my food. They robbed up and my attorney will be contact them and their corporate office. Shame on biggbt coffee. But you will learn from this one.

I love this location. The staff are always very friendly to everyone. You can tell they enjoy their customers.
My classmates and I like to meet here before class to review. They're kind enough to adjust the music, so we can concentrate. The coffee, well that is great too.

Amazing customer service! Emily is literally the sweetest person ever and she always makes my day when I pull through to get my daily coffee! The other staff are also super friendly and kind. Drinks are made fresh and fast. Best Biggby ever!
