Stopped as it was one of the only coffee shops. The lady taking our order was very rude and short. Said no cold foam but it's on the sign. Husband got the Carmel marvals. It had no flavor and tasted like water. I had the hazelnut mocha it was okay. The sausage egg cheese bagel was at least good.

Biggby Coffee's frozen mocha -mocha drink is dangerously delicious. It is easily my favorite frozen coffee drink on the market. And their barista Nicole in Cassopolis is easily the best barista of the countless that I have come across throughout the years. She is always so happy and cheerful to see everyone that comes into her store. Her joyfulness comes from her genuine love for making people smile. Considering the fact that the location does not have a store manager and relies completely on the crew/shift leads and their district manager (Alicìa), I'd say the three pillars holding that place up are Nichole, Alicìa, and Azreal. The fact that they are not permitted to accept tips is appalling! It should be at the customer's discretion whether or not we should be able to show our gratitude for their service, and however much we feel it was worth. Either way, thank you everyone up there for the excellent service, for brightening my mornings, and for always leaving me with a smile. ✌️❤️🫠

Ok, my one star is mostly representing my last visit on Sunday, March 12th around 1:00pm. And really only because of the actions of three individuals there, and lack of REaction from the district manager after messaging her directly. Let's start with the reprehensible behavior that I witnessed. I saw wanting female employee bullying another who clearly is a little slower than the rest. She then got the help from two other employees before the third one she tried to enlist finally spoke up for the poor girl. I know the two female employees that were part of the bullying where named Brittany and Azreal. And the third was a male they were calling I believe Arique? I'm not sure of the other female employee's name that spoke up and against the three hate spouters. But she was a smaller woman with short, light hair with a touch of purple or blue in it. She was very brave and strong in her beliefs to stand up to everyone else she works with. I messaged the district managers personal number about the situation and have to receive a response. I've never been prouder of an individual (the small, stong woman) but so so disappointed in the organization they work for.

Who ever owns this place should be concerned. I live 5 mins away. I would only go there every couple of months because Of the slow drive thru time. Every experience I've had is been long. If it was fatser I would go there once a week, your losing a lot of money just from me alone. A few times there is no one in front of me, 1st car at the speaker and the 1st thing they say is hold a minute. And several minutes still no one. Like today. So you lost my business again. I won't be back. If I can't get something in a reasonable time like Starbucks there is no point and your wasting my time.

SLOW!!!!!!!!! I’m not sure how it’s possible to sit in a drive thru for 35 min to wait for coffee but this BIGGBY made it happen. If you have nothing better to do and want to waste an hour of your day. Stop by. Otherwise don’t waste your time. Did I mention how slow they are?

I’ve been to this location a few times and every time I’m disappointed. Every time I order a cold brew, they give me an iced coffee, which sounds like a minuscule complaint except it’s about $3 more expensive for a cold brew. This visit I ordered a latte and it’s incredibly bitter (like they forgot the syrup and let the espresso shots expire) and the bottom of my cup is full of grounds. I haven’t had a single good experience at this Biggby.
