Thank you for the early return of the PSL. Even though it's 90° out, I love this flavor, and I can still dream that it's cooler out. Lol.
The staff at this location, and the hill rd location, are nice. I bounce between the two stores, depending on if I'm at work, or home for the day.

This is the BEST biggby location in the state! I drive out my way a little to continue getting my coffee's from here for a few years now. From the consistency to the personable employees, I literally cannot say enough great things about Burton Biggby.

The staff is always friendly, and helpful when stuck on what to get.
My little girl loves getting her "coffee" (magic milk) in the morning, and they make her feel special every morning.

Nice place, clean, happy service.

They’re always cleaning, mopping floors, wiping tables, vacuuming. Good lighting, background noise, and wifi for studying. The chairs aren’t comfortable to sit in after an hour, but that’s fine. I don’t expect them to have chairs built for multi-hour study sessions. Friendly staff. Usually there’s a coupon in the local paper for a 99¢ large drink. Oh yeah, and I guess the drinks are tasty too.

The store on Center Road has the best staff. Meaghen, with her coworkers, know my order before I open my mouth. No matter how long between visits. Was out West for a long strecth (4 months), came back, went inside and..."Hey how have you been? Plain latte, extra shot. Right?" Spot on.

Husband went there to get a coffee. We are not mask wearers so my husband waited outside for his drink after placing order. After she made 2 other customer’s coffees (who both came in after my husband placed his order), the girl working handed another customer my husband’s coffee to give to my husband as he walked out the door with his own order. Her excuse was that they were too busy to let him know his drink was ready. There were 2 people working behind the counter and no one waiting in line. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
