M-36 Coffee Roasters Cafe

Latte and Chai Latte were very good, and quickly prepared. Ordering is a bit a chaotic - just not organized, with no clear flow. Two different stations - open? Not open? People behind us in line being serviced by someone at a station which was unstaffed a minute ago. Not a big deal, but could be so much more efficient.

Bagels are absolutely perfect! I’m a New Yorker and these bagels are so much better! Thank you.

Always super nice people that work there and a really chill atmosphere, I love how much space there is to study esp being right on campus! I advise avoiding wasting money on the overpriced lattes that don't taste good though. I've tried time and time again thinking since it was a new shop they just needed to get a grasp on things but it's almost worse every time I go. /: Haven't tried other things on the menu though! (:

This is my favorite Ann Arbor coffee shop. Their Bourbon Barrel Carmel Mocha is delicious. It's my go-to drink when I'm running around the city. Their location is great too, very convenient. The store is also a great place to work/study with a lot of seating downstairs.

The coffee is pretty bad here usually but today took the cake. I ordered one of their overpriced oatmilk lattes and it straight takes like boiled mushrooms. Why? This tiny pint size mushroom broth cost me $6. I cannot drink this its foul.

The coffee is overpriced and super bitter, the only nice thing about this place is its convenience. If you have a dining plan just get coffee from the dining hall

I used to frequent Espresso Royale during the pandemic. I was crushed when they closed their doors. Then, M-36 sprung up in the same location! From what I understand, they are the same coffee roasters, and they kept my favorite bourbon barrel coffee!

Legit coffee place, the downstairs seating was spacious and quiet.

Spicy grilled cheese and bourbon barrel latte with vanilla are my favorite. Fast and friendly.

I love going to M-36 Coffee Roasters Cafe and getting their scones and breakfast sandwiches with a vanilla latte.
