ikrave is awesome! affordable and delicious food and drinks with an even kinder staff that works so hard to accommodate drive thru and walk ins, including food-- which gets super busy and stressful, especially when you are understaffed with impatient customers. Banner is awesome, made a great iced caramel latte and was so warm to me. Cali works so hard and does an incredible job! More love to the afternoon crew, they are an awesome bunch!

Overpriced and mediocre. Absolutely terrible cold brew, the whole point of cold brew is to extract the flavors you wouldn't taste otherwise. Your cold brew tastes like nothing.

iKrave is awesome and so affordable, they even offer a student discount! Their breakfast sandwiches are fantastic and I love the red bull infusions. It's much better than Dunkin's and roughly the same price. The people that work there have such kind souls and work so hard. Thank you for all you do!

The rudest girl serving this Saturday 5/29/21 at 7am , made us feel unwelcome, she did not want to bothered! Place was empty when we came in, she was sitting in the back room, hens, she wasn’t busy with customers, This was the second encounter we had with her with same unpleasant hospitality. Disappointing experience! Coffee of course is great but we are not going back .. there are other places that will appreciate new customers and will serve a great coffee at the same time.

Very friendly staff!!! Coffee is amazing and they have a huge selection. All brewed coffee no flavored shots. Sandwiches are made with real fresh eggs! Always delicious !! A million times better than DD and Starbucks !!! Plus your not waiting 20 min in line for a coffee

I've been going to ikrave since they opened, 3-4 times per week. So has my wife and 3 kids and a bunch of friends I turned on to them. Today I ordered a small coffee and egg sandwich. I handed the clerk my card and she said they don't punch cards for small coffees. I paid $1 more than if I ordered a medium coffee and egg(special) so that I could get a stamp. The card clearly states "buy 6 coffees and get a medium free. Excludes special". So I ordered a small to be able to get a punch on card. I will not go here any more, and will recommend to anyone I know not to go here. They do not honor their promotion!!!!! I guess they don't understand loyalty at this establishment.
Looking for a new coffee shop.....
P.S. The weekday morning crew and gentlemen on the weekends are top notch. They should train their other staff on weekends to match the weekday crew.

This was my first time here. The employees were nice and friendly. I enjoyed my sandwich and the iced coffee was awesome. Such a large selection to pick from. The place was very clean and they offer wifi while you eat. I will definitely be back again

I would give them a zero if that was an option. I went there with my three kids and I was ordering from the drive-through and they could not take my order just because I was ordering three smoothies a coffee and for sandwiches they totally refused to take my order and were forcing even after I explained to them that I had my kids in the car. Poor customer service not accommodating to moms who can’t leave their children alone in the car! I felt very poorly treated!

Many coffee flavors to choose from, both hot and cold. I've tried regular, coconut hazelnut and birthday cake. All flavors were delicious and made just right. They also have baked goods and hot breakfast on the menu.The young lady who attended us was very personable and attentive. This is my new favorite spot in Worcester .
