Good vibe in this place. Coffee is pretty good, but nothing amazing. They do have some upscale food and drink options that you wouldn't find in a regular coffee shop, so that's nice. I wish their smoothies were better, though.

So they have pizza and wings now! And I got the BBQ Chicken and I have to say it's sooooo delicious I almost ate the entire thing😆 Fuel America has some of the nicest staff too always polite and helpful! Would recommend 10/10 times👌

Amazing place to visit for a quick breakfast, brunch or even just a cup of coffee or chocolate or something sweet!!! Also try their smoothies...will knock your socks off!!! Service is good and the place is pretty central. Thumbs up!!!

Great diversity in their menu & great location next to downtown. Their staff has always been great & quick service even at peak hours. They are a bit overpriced IMO, but more affordable w better products than Brew on the Grid lol.

This place just loves cops. Always cops in there. They get free stuff here. You hate to see it.

I placed a pick up order on Ubereats and after about 20 minutes I received notification that my order was ready for pick up. When I arrived the place was very busy but I made my way to the pickup table and didn't see my order. I waited for another 5 minutes then asked one of the employees and she told me curtly they were backed up with orders. I waited another 10 minutes and I noticed people who had come in after me had received their orders. I then asked the same employee to check again on my order. She then told me, rather curtly again, that my order wasn't inputted into their system and that it will be 10-15 minutes for my order to be ready. No apology was offered and after more waiting, when my order was finally ready all she said was here's your order. During this entire time not one of the other employees asked if I needed assistance even though they saw me waiting for 45 minutes. I would also like to note that I had just came from the Starbucks that's a couple blocks away which was busy as well but I was able to order and receive it in less than 10 minutes. The service here is severely lacking.

First, food is excellent and tasty, but the service is painfully SLOW. The cashier takes about 5 minutes per customer to ring you up. Ended up walking out the second time with only 3 people in line ahead of me. The place wasn't that busy at all and there was 4 people behind the counter. If you don't want to keep losing business, use someone as a cashier thats a little quicker.

I’ve reached my last straw with this place! It’s only a few minutes away from my apartment so I went here pretty often. They’ve gotten worse and worse over the past few months. My usual order is a bagel with cream cheese and iced coffee. Today I opened up the bag and discovered they didn’t put the cream cheese on the bagel for me. Okay…but they didn’t give me a knife. I was taking it home so it was fine, but what if I wasn’t? I got over this and was drinking my coffee when I felt something in my mouth. It didn’t seem like a small chunk of ice. I spit it out and it’s whatever is in the photo there. I don’t think it’s a piece of a coffee bean. I don’t know!

Also, when I was in there last week there was what appeared to be an essential oil diffuser sitting next to the baked goods. Maybe it was a humidifier, I hope!

Excellent coffee and breakfast food is served all day. They have a large menu with plenty of healthy options. Friendly staff and quick service. Plenty of space inside to wait for your order or sit down (and eat, work or socialize). Not too busy or packed.
