Owner is down to earth, friendly and helpful. Espresso drinks are phenomal (especially the vanilla cardamom latte!), with plenty of alternative milks. all their pastries are fresh, delicious and made in house. I've never had a bad experience here - a one of a kind gem!

A quaint and cozy location off of Boston Road, Pan'e Dolcetti is one of the best places to stop for a cup of coffee. The environment is warm and inviting; from the tour of different Italian cities reproduced in photographs on the wall, to the delightful selection of pastries, to the pour-over coffee, Pan'e Dolcetti is just what you need after a long day. Over the course of the few years I have been visiting Pan'e Dolcetti, I have yet to find a dish, a beverage, or an experience, that was not up to a high standard of excellence. If I could purchase a lemon tart everyday of my life I would, I would wash it down with a peanut butter tart and a cold-brew ice coffee. Support a local business and instead of getting another chain coffee, drop by Pan'e Dolcetti, you will not be disappointed.

The paninis are amazing! And the cold brew coffee is also quite nice. I like that they give you biodegradable straws. The cafe itself has a nice, warm vibe. The service is pretty friendly too.

Best coffee shop in Western MA - hands down. Great sandwiches, breads, pastry, specialty items, etc. Ciabatta roll, prosciutto, soft/hard boiled eggs. WOW. So good.

Happened upon this place while my daughter was at a rollerskating party in the next plaza down and it is the best gastronomic discovery I've made in years. It felt like walking into my Nonis kitchen. The place was clean and unpretentious, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The menu had something for everyone and included many selections ive never seem anywhere else. Fantastic classic offerings as well as innovative spins on old favorites. I can't wait to share this place with friends and family!!

This place is really close to home. I tried the coffee and a pastry for the first time today, and even though it was slightly more than I spend for similar items, it was completely worth it. Has a cozy atmosphere, though the walls might need a repaint. Workers there are nice.
