Westminster Cafe

This is a cozy small town cafe. All the food is delicious, especially the huge muffins that could be a meal on their own. We come every year during our family trip. Staff is always very friendly and the place is always clean.

The guys and I go to the Westminster Cafe (aka The Gathering Place) every Saturday morning after playing pickup hockey, so I've ordered the whole menu through the years. Food is great, not life altering, but satisfying and the portions are large for most items. The bacon is a tad too crispy and the muffins are seemingly made ahead and reheated or from a premix or something. The muffins are the weakest item on the menu taste-wise, but they are HUGE. The egg dishes are the best, but they are too much food for me that early, so I order them rarely. The servers are awesome, but it takes a while to get the check sometimes and for coffee refills for my friends (I don't drink coffee myself). Remember: Cash only! (There is an ATM there). All-in-all it's a fine place to 'gather' after hockey and I don't see a reason to stop our weekly ritual anytime soon!

Great Westminster hangout. The breakfast are totally beautiful and tasty to eat. The staff are friendly and professional. Oh don't forget about their ice cream as well.

Awesome service, great conversation. The portion sizes are very big. Highly recommend anything with their homemade corned beef hash. I go here anytime I get a chance!

Unbelievable seniors breakfast 2 eggs on toast n homefries. Waitress at the counter was amazing

If there was an option for zero stars , that's is what I would've picked. Sat down , didn't see a waitress for 15minutes (brought menu) , another ten minutes later still no coffee , got up and left after watching the waitress take care of three customers that arrived after us.

The food is very good. Breakfast anytime untill closing , The eggs are real!! unlike other places that pour outta the carton, lunches have a good menue and specials everyday, The owners are very friendly and the staff is very nice and keep it moving at the same time, and theres WIFI to boot! easy access right off rt 2 and 140. on route 2A in Downtown westminster. counter service as well as tables that can slide together for larger groups,

Why can't they make a decent sausage egg and cheese. Why why why cant this place be better. I want good breakfast. This is on par with McDonald's... as far as breakfast joints go it has never been good. Not this owner or the last.

Good food, good service, no complaints!! During this pandemic the are serving breakfast and lunch daily and dinner thurs-sun. Their breakfast and ice cream are delicious so I can imagine their dinners are also. Support local business!!!!
