I walked for 20 min to get a cup of coffee. When I got there, I paid 8 bucks for a coffee (including the tip). After sitting down, and sipping my coffee, I noticed there was a fly inside my drink. I poured it out, and tried taking another sip. My second sip poured all over my shirt. The top was broken and dumped my entire iced coffee on my shirt. The coffee wasn’t even good, now I am walking home with a coffee stain all over my new shirt.

A person in our party has an avocado allergy. The employee initially said they can accommodate us by using different utensils and cutting board, with an attitude. Told us the cook is from New York and said they can’t change policy but still offered to prepare the order. Food was ok but the attitudes of the workers will ensure us to never return.

Opening Day at Blue Willow. Excited to have them open for the season. Had my favorite Italian Sandwich - the Blue Willow way.

The food was good. The BLT and the hummus wrap were very good. However, the service was horrible. I was told that I could go outside and wait and the good would be brought to me. I sat outside for over twenty minutes before I went back inside and asked if my food was ready yet. I was told that the food had been ready for five minutes and that they were waiting for me to come in and get it. The server was also very rude to me with no provocation. I hope that they get new servers, because the food is good, but I am put of from going there due to the service.

The food is very good, but the prices are far too high and the customer service is horrendous. I vacation in Wellfleet every summer, and because of the way I was treated, I will never be returning to Blue Willow in the future. We paid $50 for 3 coffees and an assortment of pastries, only to realize our order was wrong when we arrived home. After driving back to pick up the corrected items, we were told we had to pay for them despite it being the restaurant’s fault. I agreed to pay (even though I don’t feel we should have had to), and with my credit card in the machine, the employee continued to berate me.

Given that this bakery is off the beaten path and likely relies on recommendations, I think they’d benefit from making some serious customer service improvements. Based on prior reviews, my experience was not unique, and there are plenty of other bakeries in the area where you can get great food and a much more positive experience.

Amazing service! There was 19 of us and they took our orders quickly, drinks and food. Everything was done fast and accurately. So impressive and everything was delicious!

Delicious! Get the cinnamon bun sandwich and revel in its glorious taste. Such a nice staff and everything was super tasty. Highly recommend for a lovely stop on Route 6
