The coffee is great , Deb is super nice!! And the cool factor is off the charts!! Come on a Repurposed photomat that cool!! , and you can tell she is genuinely a nice person!!
I go out of my way on errands to be sure I can drive by Debby's! She will customize any drink order and has an amazing variety of things on offer for such a little place. My daughter is adamant that we get Debby's food at least once a week for lunch. My dog (Baxter) gets so excited when we drive into the parking lot he practically jumps off the seat. Good food, GREAT coffee, and wonderful customer service. Try it, you won't be disappointed!
2yrs ago on the advice of a friend, I skipped my usual morning run to Honey Dew and instead stopped by Debbie's Drive-Thru to try her flavored iced coffee and I've never turned back! I love the fact I can get freshly brewed flavored coffee without the flavor shots! Not to mention it's always a pleasure getting to chat with Debbie herself on any given day. She's always smiling and is careful to make sure you get exactly what you ask for! Let's not forget the delicious variety of fresh baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and if you happen to be traveling with your little ones or furry companions, she's even got something for them too! At Debbie's you're more than just a customer, you are like family! Only downfall is she's closed on the weekends, but if you are like me, you just get extra on Fridays before closing! 😉
Debby's is the best! The coffee is amazing and the food is super fresh and yummy. Everything is made to order and completely customizable. The customer service can't be beat. Each staff member works to get to know you, your drink choices and your favorite treats. Debby's makes driving an extra 2 miles out of my way completely worth it. I love Debby's and could not recommend it more!
I've been stopping at Debby's for coffee in the morning since I moved to Sudbury in 2011. She and her staff ALWAYS meet me with a smile and quick chat and the coffee is awesome!!! Aside from the standard offerings, she always has 3-4 special flavored brews on hand. I always drive away feeling happy.
My Husband & I drive from NY-MA every other week to get chemo treatments for our Golden Retriever. It seems like there are so many of the chain coffee shops & we are coffee snobs. Back in late August we discovered this tiny little hut in the middle of a shopping plaza, and I have to tell you that from the first sip we were hooked! Best coffee in that area. If you live there, or are just visiting, you need to stop on by and give Debby's coffee a try, you won't be sorry. She also has other tasty treats to take on your way 7 her prices are so reasonable
By far. Really, by far the best coffee in the area. Smooth, well balanced coffee. And the flavors. Not bombastic and overly sugared like most corporate chain outlets. Complex and rich and fun. These creations taste different when hot versus when cold. Much like her coffee creations, Deb is kind and extremely engaging
So I “agree” with the other reviews that the coffee is tasty and baked goods are delicious. My one star review today is based solely on customer service or should I say lack of customer appreciation. I have been going to Debbies coffee for years. Today was my last day though, due to the incident that happened and the excessive rudeness I experienced. I pulled in and was number three in line of cars waiting to be served… Not a problem. Debbie came out and with a smile took my order. I jokingly said “wow! We get car service… I’m impressed!” And we laughed. I gave her my coffee order and said that I might want to purchase one of her baked goods. She came back with my coffee and a tray of baked products. I chose a cookie and gave her my credit card. As I was waiting for her to come back I realized I had no place to put my coffee as I still had yesterday‘s coffee with about 1 inch of coffee left from the day before from a different coffee establishment. I was going to ask her to throw it out for me so that I would have room for my new coffee but I felt that would have been rude. So I dumped out the remaining two sips or 1 inch of coffee left in the cup on the ground and put the cup in a trash bag I had in my car. Debbie came back with my credit card And immediately noticed the small amount of spilled beverage on the ground and asked if I did it. I quickly admitted it was me and that’s when she started to chastise me. She commented that she would now have to walk in it ... (This is coffee ...not tuberculosis😏)... Since she was going car to car. I apologized...but she continued. I again apologized and explained to her I didn’t think anything of it because it wasn’t a biohazard and that the rain would wash away. She complained that there was not going to be rain for days and then actually said that it would “stain the parking lot”??!! She continued to complaine that it had no place to run off. This time I made another apology....even MORE sincere than the first. I said “I’m sorry, I apologize, it was not my intention to upset you”. She STILL continued by saying “you’re a cleaner you should know better“. I reiterated to her that I’m not a cleaner I’m a Groomer... and decided to take the highroad and once again apologized while looking her right in the eye. She then sort of laughed and rolled her eyes & ended by saying well I guess I’ll just go get a bucket of water and clean it up!! I might have let that kind of chastising go if it was a friend or even my own mother… But she is not. She is a business owner and I am a customer. I apologized...SINCERELY...NUMEROUS TIMES. Whether I was right or whether I was wrong I sincerely apologized as I never meant to upset her as it did. There was no need for her to keep it going as long as she did and embarrasse her customer over such a small thing....then by telling me she was going to get a bucket of water and clean it up just added more insult to injury and was absolutely unnecessary. This upset me enough that I’ve come here today to actually leave this negative review. It’s too bad Debbie… But you just can’t treat your customers like that.
