This old coffee shop has been a staple in Eastfield Mall for as long as I can remember. It has moved and upgraded a couple of times in the mall, but has never closed down. This cafe offers coffee, tea, and small cakes/muffins. Some favorites are the "ice mocha delight," and double chocolate muffin. The Mall Walker's club members are very fond of this place; you'll find them around in the morning.
This coffee shop is really a hidden gem! Hot, iced or fraps they are all delicious for the price. The only downside is you never know when they are open! Hours are never adjusted on the website so sometimes you make a trip looking forward to a good coffee and they are closed. UPDATE: They are back open at the Eastfield Mall location.
Finally a real espresso coffee!! And for 1,49? Really? A steal. If you love espresso, you must come here and get that concentrated elixir that will pump up your whole body.
Great selections of coffee. Note: $5 minimum to use your card. They have a few bagel and cake options and table right outside of it to sit for a few moments to enjoy the delicious coffee.
I haven't been to this mall in about 40 years, because it's a 25 minute drive. Visited this mall because it is a state covid Mass Vaccination site. When covid site first opened people had to stand out side in freezing cold; people complained. Next mall people set up signs to direct people where to go. As it turned out, a long way to walk. I used a google search engine to find a mall map found another mall entrance to vac site (very short). Saw this business on the map, used a google search engine to find business and read reviews in this forum; 4.3 out of 5, how much better could someone ask. At business, asked a few questions about coffee beans. Salesperson offered me a sample. Ended up buying 1/2 lb (.22 kilograms) of whole beans and a cappuccino. Salesperson offered to grind for me. No need, have my own 'superautomatic' (Fully Automatic) espresso machine @ home that has a grinder. If I'm in the area, plan to return to this business in the future
The wait was horrible.I understand the owners has owned the place forever. I've been coming here since I was a kid.He needs to hired someone.Anyone....this weekend I went in and waited about 15 min no lie without him even acknowledging me..as he grinded and bagged 4 bags of coffee for some ( dont you do that yourself????)regardless he could and should have at least looked at me, knoded,or said hed be right with me......Something...But really.....20 min to spend 20$ on coffee is wild.....
This has always been one of my favorite local spots whether in the mall or downtown. Better than Starbucks for coffee dessert type drinks and supporting small business in the community. Muffins are tops.
I went with my friend to mocha emporium eastfield mall Boston road in Springfield mass I was very impressed with the selection of coffees and baked goods I would recommend this place to everyone to go to.
