Great selection of coffees, teas, and fresh pressed juices! The staff was great at helping me to decide on what kind of drink I wanted by being super patient as well as knowledgeable and passionate about their products- I'll definitely be back.

I'm in town for Halloween weekend. I went to Dunkin Donuts for a coffee, it was the first coffee place I'd seen after dinner. Their bathroom was out of order. I had to go to the restroom extremely bad. Came across Front Street, looked inside and the lights were still on and the door was unlocked, I think it was around 5:20ish on Sunday. I walked in and asked immediately if I could use their restroom. I knew since I wasn't a paying customer they may say no so I explained the Dunkin situation. There was about 5 employees behind the counter. They told me that they closed 20 minutes ago, so I quickly apologized, and one girl started to direct me to the restroom. We were rudely interupped by a woman in her mid 30s-early 40s, who told me " No. We closed 20 minutes ago. I don't want to clean the restroom again."........ Uh, okay, you could have just told me sorry, we closed up already, and I would have understood. I then said "okay", turned to leave, then turned around and told the woman she was rude for saying that. It's been my dream since I was a little girl to come to Salem for Halloween. And people, (businesses) can make huge first impressions. I'm probably not the first person to come to Salem on Halloween weekend for their first time. Front Street should really evaluate who they have as the face of their business. I will not recommend this place to anyone who wants hospitality or good customer service.

I probably have a meeting here every week. Staff is friendly and fun, iced coffee is on point and the bagel sandwiches are delicious! Service is always quick even when its busy.

Nice selection of coffee, tea, bagels and pastries. Average prices. Quick service. Alternative music playing at a nice volume. Plenty of seating.

Thank you for making me a drink off the menu (espresso tonic). Carrot juice was wicked. Low prices (I hail from Cambridge). I had some question as to how genuinely the staff interacted with me but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt.

Fill out a customize your own sandwich slip of paper on the counter. The grilled tuna with your choice of toppings is great. They all come with a pickle and your choice of either chips or grapes.

As someone from out of town, this is a must visit if you're visiting Salem!

Got the Snickers latte and a wrap. Didn't expect the wrap to be so good! Snickers latte kept me on my feet for the rest of a long day. Wish this were nearer to me - great value, great spot.

Super nice people - I had to take an emergency pee as they were closing up and they graciously let me use the bathroom so I didn’t pee myself before my walking tour of Salem. Will be back to buy food and beverage tomorrow!
