Regional coffee house and Cafe chain.

Fresh made specialty coffees, baked goods, sandwiches and more. In-house kitchen had constant traffic out to the front with trays of croissants, rolls and more.

Bagette was very good, tomato, pesto and cheeses were a great flavor combination. Coffee was very well brewed.

Very eclectic decor with old books, toys, and other knick knacks.

A warm cozy place on a freezing cold winters day.
We really loved the vibe of the cafe. The seating is well laid out and comfortable.

The drinks are great but we were left wanting with bakery items. Wish they had more variety.

The staff were nice and accommodating to us.

Ohh, parking is so easy to find compared to other Caffe Nero locations.

I loved this place! I had an iced lavender latte and it was delicious! Sometimes lavender coffees can be a bit more bitter than other flavors with coffee but they made it so perfect! They had macrons that my kids ate. I wish we had not stopped on the way out of town because they had a foosball table, fireplace and some children's toys and books! It was so cozy and I would have loved to have gotten coffee and sat down there.

This place has awesome espresso, sandwiches, and pastries. Whether iced or hot, the drinks come out great. I really like the chill vibe and the industrial atmosphere they have going on. There's plenty of seating by windows or in the back, with big comfy chairs. Nero is definitely one of the best cafes in the area!

Caffe Nero is usually a good experience, but this particular store has problems. All of the food was cold, which wasn't a deal breaker. The one star is due to the extremely rude barista. After eating I went to the counter to ask for a box since I didn't finish my sandwich. The barista there told me I was cutting in line and I had to go to the end of the line, and refused to talk to me. It's ridiculous that asking for a box gets met with such an aggressive attitude. Hire better people Caffe Nero, your atmosphere gets tainted when you have bad vibes behind the counter.

Best place ever. Sunday is always crowded and everyone is enjoying their own meal. Staff is well trained and special shout out to Alex Coimbra. Great service!!!

The staff behind the counter is not friendly at all. Unfortunately that sets the tone for the rest of the stay at the cafe. It doesn’t help their coffee is of poor taste and over priced. I came to spend a relaxed time but it’s probably the last time I visit. Cannot recommend the experience to anyone!

I ordered a cappuccino with three shots, but what I got was a latte. When I returned the drink, explaining that it was too milky for me, the barista told me that "well, that's what a cappuccino is." I told her that, no, a cappuccino is equal parts coffee, steamed milk, and foam, and that what I had was a latte since it was almost all steamed milk with a little bit of foam on top. Then, not knowing that difference between a latte and a cappuccino is a matter of proportions, she doubled down on her ignorance and said that a cappuccino is a drink with some foam on top. I then asked for a tea, which she charged me for.

It's bad enough when the barista doesn't know basic coffee drinks, but worse when she tops that off with horrible customer service.

I live within walking distance to here, and go to cafes often, but I won't be back here. Real amateurs.

Used to be my favorite coffee shop, but it looks like there were some staffing turnover recently.

New baristas have a hard time remembering orders. Sent my order back and STILL got it wrong, despite having repeated various parts of the order multiple times.

Doesn’t help that the coffee quality has gotten worse with time. Unfortunately, won’t be going back and would not recommend.

The cleanliness of the establishment is questionable. There are large, hanging lights and air conditioning, ducts directly above the food, each collecting about 1 inch of dust ready to fall in your food, drink. staff is typically unhappy, and untrained. I have listened to a variety of stories while waiting for my drink. Today’s topic was about a bloody cut finger that she had as she was making my drink with no gloves. by the way, I am here daily. This is not just a one off. Owner needs to take a hard look at this place, and not be so hands off.
