Good coffee prepared well, but seating is for kids. Low stools and no chairs doesn't really make sense to me. But, again, the coffee is good. Perhaps the uncomfortable seating is "on purpose" since we quickly gave up our seats to walk along Commercial St while enjoying our coffee.
The place is nice and clean, with a decent variety of good coffees and teas. The pastries are decent. For the prices they are charging I expected a bit more as the muffin wasn’t very freshly baked. Someone walked in and asked for an internet password and was told there was no free wi-fi. There is a sign that credit card payments are preferred. I was shocked to hear each customer being asked if they wanted to put the tip on their credit card. Out of all people who were paying everyone said “yes”. I don’t think anyone had a “choice” to say “no” being publicly pressured to be nice. Very, very rude. Tips are not mandatory, especially when you are not requesting any special service or customizing your order.
Great coffee and muffins. The small store can get hot in the summer. The bathroom is always clean. Not wheelchair accessible due to steps up from the street.
Their beans also make great coffee at home. Nice spot for people watching too.
Not what I expected from the ratings. Priced too high. The chai was probably the worst I've had yet (was like flavored water). Muffin was decent but they're prob made by a contracted bakery. Maybe the coffee is good but its unlikely I'll return to find out.
For an internet cafe, I felt there could be more seating/plugs. Also, they gave my mom a muffin with nuts in it when she asked if they had any for someone with a nut allergy - seems like the cashier did not know what was in the case. Other than that, it was open when a lot of other cafes and stores were closed on the Parade route and the air conditioning was definitely needed at the time!
It is a pleasant little coffee shop with some pastries and teas as well. They make good coffee and there are a dozen seats around the place if you want to eat in. Dog Beach is also right next to the shop so you can grab your coffee to sip on the beach. There is a bulletin board there with some local events posted. They also have a few little shelves selling local goods. It seems like a good place to get work done too because I saw a few people with laptops out, but I did not try the Wi-Fi myself.

Good coffee (see picture), but the interior needs refurbishing to update and to make more comfortable seating areas.

Nice staff and great coffee! Remembered me and my order after only going in there once before :)
