Very nice people although, they had trouble with our with our Midwestern "accent" after about 5 times repeating our selves she finally got it... ;) I had the hot buttered lobster roll. And I must say that was my first and my last. It was $15 but worth every bite, and I haven't had one since that has come close to that buttery perfection. My partner had the kale soup and lobster macaroni, the kale soup was the best ever, but the lobster macaroni was very bland and greasy. Overall it was pretty good but beware of what you pay for.

Great food and a staple in P.town!! Felt a lil rushed but can so.ewhat understand that the place is busy in the morning

Rude attitudes. Just because you are busy, does not mean you should ever sacrifice customer service. The vibe was that you were bothered/annoyed to have to make coffee, and hand over pastries. Take a breath and enjoy the fact that your business seems to be doing well.

No bathrooms for paying customers, flies are plentiful food was okay maybe breakfast is its things!?!? Seeing other places around I’d comeback after I’ve checked out other places!!

While the customer service was pleasant the egg and cheese and bacon and egg and cheese sandwich we got were WAY over priced for what we got and how long it took. The sandwiches were very sad looking. Very very sad. Also man was in there talking about how much he hates tourists with staff, not very welcoming feeling.

This place never fails. It is open late, has the best clam chowder and hot lobster rolls drenched in butter and the friendliest staff who come back every year to serve their customers. I can't recommend it enough.

We were visiting Provincetown off season and we stopped to “the coffee Pot” for a short lunch before the whale watching tour! We placed the order for fried calamari. The price was quite high and for seafood we excepted that, but unfortunately it was very bad. The quality of the calamari was bad. The frying quality was horrible and finally there were more chips than calamari ☹️☹️

I enjoyed the coffee. But first time there getting a large ice on tap, and I had to do a double take when she mentioned the price of 7.76. I get that the cape is expensive but wow! But yes I did enjoy it, not a drop went to waste. 😁

The lobster mac and cheese was delicious! Lava cake was deliciously rich but could have used some ice cream. Overall really good and worth the price!

Best breakfast spot in P-town! Food is great, great portion sizes, iced coffee is da BOMB! My wife and I really enjoy it here. Friendly staff, we'll be back again.
