Perks Coffeehouse

It smells so bad upon entering I should have turned around and left at that moment. Not just the one time, I've been back three times hoping it would be different. How dumb of me. It is disgusting.

All three mornings I got the same woman helping me who is a lovely person. She is polite and friendly. However she is not responsible for the other massive problems. One morning I was sipping my coffee and came across a large solid object. It turns out it was the coagulated milk from the steaming Straw from the espresso machine. It had not been cleaned properly the night before and I was the first one in that morning. Gross.

$5.50 for a latte that was very poor. This is pic of delivered latte. Location is good. Seating is good.

If you like a place where you can go get an iced coffee a bagel muffins and want to place to relax to catch up on reading or whatever type of laptop working need this is the place to go. My only thing was when you get an egg bacon sandwich on a bagel there's one egg not two eggs

I am a regular customer of Perks in Norwood Center, typically purchasing coffee drinks there 2-3 times per week. I find the service level at Perks to be truly excellent along with the taste and selection of both their hot and iced coffees. I would like to point out in particular that their staff member Danielle is always most polite and personable and she sets the industry gold-standard for sincere and professional service! I give Perks my highest possible recommendation!

While the coffee shop has an excellent atmosphere and friendly staff, the coffee and food are just average. I was surprised to see my sandwich served on a paper plate too, which did not fit the coffeehouse vibe well. I would recommend to the owners an investment in "to-stay" plates and mugs.

The service was good. Everyone was very nice. I got a latte that was really good and a pastry that was a little dry. I didn't try any of their food but I think in general the drinks might be better than the baked goods.

2:54 on Friday the door was locked, the Summer Hours posted on the door still say till 3, employee inside just walked away as I approached.

If you want to feel like an inconvenience for coming and getting a coffee. This is your place!

I love Perks! I definitely recommend hitting up this coffee shop!

Excellent coffee. Parking is terrible, so if you find a spot...sit back and enjoy a good cup of coffee.....they also have excellent sandwiches, and treats, Danielle makes the best Mocha (hot) the entire staff is friendly with top notch customer service.. handicap accessible, public restrooms, and an very nice atmosphere, if you are looking for a relaxing cup of coffee and want to clear your head you can't go wrong here, five Stars with two thumbs up.
