Really great coffee, quick service/food. Some of the tables are really packed together making it better as a grab and go type of place. Lots of different drip coffee options as well as your typical cafe food- breakfast sandwiches etc

The worst service ever and the coffee equals the service

Quite a bit of coffee choice's... when in town I get the Costa Rican medium bean, by the pound and grind at home very good...parking a bit tight, 2 blocks from Smith College, 6-8 tables if your going to sit for awhile... Price about what you would expect for the trendy coffee house's...

This place used to be a Dunkin donuts for years. I'm so glad that Shelburne is now in this space. It's quiet, clean, and convenient. Not to mention the best hot coffee in town!

This is a really nice coffee store in up town Northampton.
They have excellent coffee, delicious sandwiches, and yummy pastries.
The staff are very professional and the establishment is very clean.

Food and service are great but I am concerned for the employees because I came in on one of our recent 90 degree plus days and the store itself felt pretty hot. staff seemed sweaty and heat sick as well.

Love the lattes! My go to place when I want to treat myself to a good cup of coffee - would recommend the Bonfire Latte or the Hazelnut Latte
