Plum Island Coffee

A good variety of drinks for fair prices. They have milk alternatives and you can change the sweetness level of your drinks, which is great for people who don't like them super sugary. The staff are also consistently really nice.

I did a mobile.order for two iced coffees and arrived 10 minutes after my order. They were it ready upon arrival, so I went inside and was ignored. Multiple other customers came in and go drinks, then left. I waited for 45 minutes! I left without my coffee, a refund, or any acknowledgement. Super frustrating.

Very horrible service and grumpy staff. Waited 20+ minutes for a latte and reflected multiple times that other customers that ordered after us had already gotten their order to get the same response of "I'm working on it". Clearly do not prioritize their orders based on the time it's received.
And the latte was extremely milky .... Not worth the wait

Coffee and location is great, but they're constantly running out of product in the bakery. Service is cold and the baristas have poor people skills. I walked in at 4:53pm and they close at 5pm. The girl told me she couldn't serve me because they're closing soon and she was cleaning up.

Change your hours then... that's just poor customer service.

Absolute cutest little coffee shop in Newburyport. The location can be tricky to find parking, but that's not their fault. The girls have always been friendly to me and the aesthetic in the shop is so adorable. If you have a sweet tooth their creme brulee latte is so, so good on a chilly day. And they have a little punch out card, 10 drinks get 1 free!

I normally love this place. But the cashier was so incredibly rude to the customer before me, that I was offended for her. I understand we’re all in a pandemic, but coming to a shop and experiencing animosity is the last thing any customer wants when they didn’t do anything wrong.

I absolutely loved grabbing coffee while here visiting Newburyport. They have such an amazing selection of coffee and their baked goods are out of this world. This is a top choice for coffee, a scone, and a wonderful atmosphere.

First time visitors. Our daughter recommended it. The coffee was excellent and the young ladies behind the counter were courteous and professional. We'll return :)

Used to be a good place, but this time latte was way too hot and coffee tasted burned. Starbucks around the corner would have been much better
