Hands down my favorite coffee shop! Can't say enough about the coffee and recently have tried some of the teas- they are excellent! Very clean, friendly staff, and wonderful service. The food is also delicious. I have loved the parfait, lemon bars, and the breakfast sandwiches especially. Can't recommend this place more highly, truly a Natick staple. My dogs have also loved the pup cups!

Love the set up and atmosphere, service was very pleasant and the baked goods looked AMAZING! I can personally attest to the quality of the lemon square which was fabulous. The coffee on the other hand was meh. I love coffee... Strong flavored, unadulterated, no sugar, etc. I got a latte and the flavor wasn't really great at all. They also didn't have whole milk which I'm not sure is their normal status or just a result of running out, but two people behind me tried ordering it as well. My husband got a hot chocolate, which despite being made with milk, tasted rather watered down and not so chocolatey. Their tea selection looked extensive, and they have some other interesting drinks that are maybe more in their wheelhouse, but I was disappointed with what we got so far. I'll still be back for another try since I love that we have a fun coffeehouse type place here in Natick and desperately want to love it.

Best Coffee spot in Metrowest! Everyone on staff is really kind.

Really nice place. Greg & Phoebe were very personable and the staff welcoming. Excellent coffee and an AMPLE display of pastries & sandwiches (I had a turkey/ham club combo on a pretzel roll heated up. Delicious and gone in seconds). They'll be a great asset to the neighborhood!

This is a great coffee shop. They are open and available to sit in during these times. The tables are distant from each other, there are lots of disinfectants, and it is completely safe inside. The Americano tasted great, the french doughnuts were delicious, and there are many more options to choose as food items or drinks. Highly recommended!

I want to like Sweetwaters so badly because, living close to Natick Center, it's so convenient. The few times I've been the coffee has been so mediocre. Maybe if you get fancy drinks it's not as noticeable, but a simple latte or cup of coffee is watery and flavorless. I can't tell if they actually have an espresso machine or if it's some sort of Keurig-esque pod system? The people who work there are nice, and the few baked goods I've tried are good, but I'd rather take my business elsewhere.

Sweetwater, your coffee is delicious and fresh. Your servers greet everyone with a smile that is genuine and welcoming. Your atmosphere is conducive to creativity; you infuse your space with natural light, you provide sturdy, but inviting furniture, and soft chatter inhabits your space.
A friend and I spent several hours here yesterday. Thank you for providing the ideal setting for two working women to collaborate.

Nice little coffee shop right across from the Commons. Clean place with friendly staff. It's not Starbucks style drinks it's the real versions of coffee drinks. I've only tried the cold brew so far and it's great!

I came for breakfast to get take out for two and when I got home the middle of both breakfast sandwiches were ice cold while the outside was warm. The sandwich did taste good after I reheated it and the mocha latte is good.
Edit: I went again to give it another shot and had the same experience.

This is an amazing spot for coffee and tea. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. I wish they had a vegan breakfast sandwich or vegan options for food!
