The add in flavors are so many and delicious. They offer fresh lemon foe your hot/iced tea. That is so refreshing. Wish they were further north and closer to me. Would so be there daily

Always love going to Mary Lou's. The peanut butter iced coffee with almond milk and sugar is by far my favorite and I won't get anything else.

The coffee was great, and the employees who helped us were very friendly.

Tossed the pre packaged fruit twist. Last 2 in the basket. And after purchase, took a closer look may have had the start of mold. Coffee was very dark, my tummy can no longer handle it. I only drank a little bit.

I don't get some of the negative reviews. Everyone was very friendly and nice. They answered my questions with a smile, and were very helpful. The coffee was not watered down either -- flavor was great. My gut tells me rudeness begets rudeness and any poor experience didn't begin with the people working the counter.

Coffee is fantastic. Bagels are good but sandwiches are lacking.

RUDENESS and INDIFFERENCE characterize the Manomet location.

First, the drive-thru attendant became exasperated because I ordered my food (which I'll revisit later in this review) instead of first ordering my lone ice coffee. When I reached the checkout window approximately 10 minutes later, the coffee was ready, but apparently the staff (according to the window attendant) forgot to prepare the two (2) breakfast sandwiches consisting of a sausage, egg, and cheese on an Asiago Cheese bagel followed by a bacon, egg, and cheese on an English Muffin. Another 10 minutes go by. I finally receive my food.

I arrrive home to find out that the staff prepared the sandwiches incorrectly (ingredients reversed). Normally I wouldn't bother returning. But, because of the staff's rudeness and apparent indifference displayed on my initial visit, I decided to return and obtain a refund.

As a courtesy, I called before leaving the house. No one answered the phone. I arrive at the drive-thru window. I explain what happened, and that I would like a refund. The window attendant then questioned if I had correctly placed my order. Luckily for me, the staff writes down the food order on a coffee cup if coffee is ordered. Yes, I placed the order correctly.

Next I'm informed that I can't receive a refund because only managers have that authority. Their manager had the day off so no luck. I then said "This is effing (using the word effing) unacceptable." The attendant became belligerent and screamed that I swore at her (I didn't). I asked for her name. She refused and said she was going to call the police. I told her I would save her the time, and that I would call the police and report "consumer robbery" at the Manomet MaryLou's drive-thru on State Road.

In the end, I spoke with the Hedges Road locale in Cedarville. Liz (Regional/District Manager) just happened to answer the phone. I explained to her the entire scenario. She said that no customer should have to put up with that type of attitude at any MaryLou's. She went above and beyond in taking care of my refund situation by issuing a $25 gift certificate. THANK YOU, Liz!

Overall, I have never had a bad experience at any MaryLou's except for the Manomet location on State Road. Sadly, the Manomet location provided excellent customer service in the past. However that quality has PLUMMETED within the past six (6) months.

My advice for Plymouth, MA customers, especially those of us who live in Manomet: Save yourself the imminent aggravation and take the extra time to drive down State Road to the Hedges Pond MaryLou's in Cedarville.

I have been coming to this location for about 8 months now. Every single time I have gone thru the drive thru, the women there are all pepped up and super happy. This always makes me smile. The girls are always super friendly and even since all of this covid stuff , have managed to maintain their customer service. I have never had a single issue at this place! I will continue to grab my almond joy w. Cream and sausage & cheese every time I pass!

Nope basically sugar and coffee milk very disappointing.

Best Ice coffee on and off the cape. I even buy the beans and make the coffee at home for when I cannot make it there. Love the young college students that work there. Always respectful and always giving my doggie a treat!
